Not that you want to start your Sunday this way… with a plumbing issue. But if and when you do, call SWAGS. They answered at 8am on a Sunday. We’re here in their appointment window. Fixed the issue. Camera inspected. Helped me understand that my long standing issue is with the City, and that because I have done the right work, permitted, over the years, now the City should fix it. I recently had Dan from Swags Plumbing come out to address a clogged sink, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the start, he provided clear and thorough explanations about the process. He took the time to go under the house to inspect the pipes, ensuring that he wouldn't cause any damage, especially considering their age. After checking the pipes, Dan educated me on his findings, which I really appreciated. He then used a specialized machine to clear the blockage and went above and beyond to ensure the pipes were as clear as possible with the equipment at his disposal. Before leaving, Dan shared some valuable tips to help prevent future plumbing issues, along with advice on what I might need to consider down the line. We had a water leak in our kitchen. Called SWAGS at night and Daniel came out first thing the next morning. He was thorough and very transparent. Easy to work with and did an awesome job. Would use the SWAG team on all future jobs.

We called for a clogged toilet, which ended up not being an easy fix due to some unforeseen issues with the plumbing. Daniel, assessed the situation, tried to fix the issue but unfortunately it will need more work than we expected. We received a quote for services needed and will let them know once we are ready to move forward. So far the customer service was wonderful and will update once the work has been done.

Called SWAGS a few hours after the sewer cleanout in my driveway overflowed. They were able to see me the next day, on a Saturday morning. Christian called offering an earlier arrive and was here on time and ready. He snaked out the drain and used an inspection camera to show me where roots were blocking the city side of the line. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He shared the pics and videos so I could contact the city. Christian also provided quotes for some future improvements to consider for easier clean-out of the property side of the sewer line which were very clear and easy to understand.

I can’t say enough about SWAG and their employees. I needed major plumbing work done and I also have anxiety and pets, so the thought of workers coming in and out for days was not something I was looking forward to. I was actually dreading it. I called SWAG and Daniel came out and did a thorough inspection and explained the problem and gave me options to think about. Each option was explained and priced out in writing. He and his team were so kind and friendly with my pets and careful that they did not escape or go under the house. They made it so much easier for me. Daniel communicated extremely well through out the entire process and answered all of my questions, even when I asked the same one more than once. I am beyond happy with the work that SWAG plumbing and Rooter did and I would definitely recommend for any plumbing problems.

The tech Christian was very professional and friendly. He not only fixed drain clog very well, but also pointed out potential pipe leaking due to severe steel corrosion. Then, we got the problematic pipes replaced and became worry free. Thank you Christian for your great job.
