Ernesto arrived on time and prepared to repair our water heater, however it was an old water heater and we were already thinking about replacing it. Luckily, he had EVERYTHING with him to do either option, so we choose to replace! The new water heater is much more modern, and Ernesto did an amazing job. He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Can't thank Water Heater Specialists enough for providing great service and an awesome technician!!!!

Ernesto arrived within the time frame they provided, were professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process clearly. They estimated the job would take three hours, but they finished even sooner without cutting corners. The service was efficient, and everything is working perfectly now. The cost was also less than what other companies were charging. Highly recommend them for anyone needing water heater repairs!

The service technician Victor was very professional and likable. He had the right parts to fix my water heater problem and completed the job in a very time fashion. Although he offered several options for payment, I opted to pay by check and therefore received an additional extension on labor warranty and no service fee for use of a credit card. Thank you.

Called Water Heater Specialists around 7:15a for rental unit with no hot water, and they had someone on-site before 9a. They had given a window of 8:30-11 but expected earlier end of window, which was exactly correct. I had a leaking water heater that had to replaced (13 yrs old), which was done quickly and thoroughly. Very knowledgeable, very efficient. Very pleasant on phone (issue was at rental unit so I had to communicate with the repairman via phone.) renter was very pleased with the service and I think shocked at how quickly it was done and he had hot water. Repairman was really knowledgeable and professional, had the water heater installed, upgraded any items to code as needed, replaced gas line and insulated by 10:30-11a. 40 gallon tank for reference. Happy to get my water heater replaced the same day I called. Impressed the technician had a water heater the size I needed and all the parts he need for the job with him. The job was done fairly quickly.

Victor handled all the aspects, from initial inspection to the complete installation, with grace, humor, professionalism and speed. I'm very impressed and grateful. I discovered the leak in our 20-years-old water heater in the morning, and by 2pm we had a brand new one.
