We called them for a clogged drain. Not only did they not fix it (still charged us $50), but they told us our pipes were corroded, which would cost 15K to de-scale and line with epoxy (though they kept dropping the price if we wanted to get started the next day)! We were wary and ended up calling another plumber. They snaked our drain in less than 10 minutes and said nothing about our pipes being corroded. Would not recommend.

The “hero” assigned to us for an emergency clog said he would be right back after buying some necessary supplies and disappeared for hours. I, being confused as to where he went , called the base near the end of day and found out that he was now on another job. The most unprofessional and unethical behavior I have ever seen . Clearly if the job isn’t quick and easy money they just tap out. Lame. Worst experience with a plumbing company yet.
