I live in Half Moon Bay and needed a new gas water heater. I called Caccia Plumbing in San Mateo to inquire about their pricing and spoke to Zaida who was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to. Zaida scheduled for someone to come out to assess my water heater within a couple of days and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. Joseph was the technician who came out and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and so great to work with. He took a close look at the water heater and gave me information to allow me to make an informed decision on replacing. He said he would be able to install the new water heater the same day and his colleague, Andrew, came out with all the equipment and they worked together to get everything done quickly, efficiently, and with a great amount of care and attention. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress free and the price was right too! I will definitely be using Caccia Plumbing again and will be recommending to others. Thank you Zaida, Joseph, and Andrew!
