Recently, I had an ongoing and worsening plumbing problem on my hands. The day I called Jordan to my surprise(without leaving a message) he called me back... Jordan made time in his day and came out to my house to give me an estimate for the plumbing crisis. From the moment Jordan arrived he was refreshingly professional, he has an incredibly realistic approach/way of pricing, his wealth of experience about plumbing and my situation was clearly communicated throughout the process. Jordan had patience with any questions I had. As well as, the tasks/details being met and carried out with efficiency every step of the way. Truly what was a thorn in my side turned into an all around exceptional experience. I will gladly be using Pro Plum Inc. in the future and will definitely and be recommending Jordan/Pro Plume Inc. whenever the opportunity arises.
