Another satisfying experience with Local Plumbing, who came on short notice yesterday to re-seal my toilet. When I noticed the leak and called them mid-afternoon, Nicole was able to send someone out right away, a big relief so I didn’t have to live with and worry about a leaking toilet all weekend. Phil McGoldrick arrived shortly after my call. He was super nice and very helpful, explained all of the options for the repair, and kept me posted step-by-step as he went along. In addition to being excellent plumbers, it must be a requirement of Local Plumbing management that all their employees are really nice people!

They were fantastic with our sewer ejection pump replacement. Another company did a repair but the pump broke on replacing it, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision by the other company. Local Plumbing answered immediately, sent out Noah within 24 hours, and had the new pump installed soon after that at a significantly lower cost. Communication is phenomenal with photos and emails / texts so you know who is coming, when they are coming, and what they are doing. Thank you to Noah and the company for your outstanding service!

It is so easy to work with Local Plumbing. Easy communication and consultation set up. What's more, they were in the area helping another customer and so they offered to come sooner. Phil explained the problem and how he was fixing it - providing excellent, courteous, professional service. Thank you for letting me pester you with questions, Phil! Our plumber, Noah, did excellent work for us. He was kind enough to explain what he was doing ane why it needed to be done. He also looked at all the other pipes to see if anything needed to be done. Very fine experience and not expensive.

I have never experienced such incredible expertise, honesty, professionalism and integrity. We had an issue with our hot water and Conor drove down leaving from Tahoe at 3 am on a Saturday to fix it so we could have hot water ! A very special person and company. Will never use anyone else!

Joe Sullivan came over to investigate a link under our sink, and he quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. He even noted some electrical issues that we are following up on and provided a water heater replacement estimate when we asked him about it. They are so friendly, prompt, and professional and will definitely be relying on them for future plumbing needs!

A live person answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They let me know when their plumber was on his way. He arrived on time and was pleasant and courteous . He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a no nonsense quote. Once I approved the quote, the work was completed quickly and I was provided with a full report. The office followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their staff and the work he did. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumbing company by far !!!!
