We realized the movers' truck broke the main water pipe only when they were leaving around 5:30PM. Called around for service: Only A&R picked up the phone saying a tech would call back. The tech did but he had 3 more emergencies to handle so suggested we call Call Am water to turn off the valve (which is what Cal am water prefers) and the repair could take place the next day. The next day Alden from A&R came to fix our problem. Shannon on the phone had explained clearly what the procedure would be depending on the type and depth of the pipes. Then we received a call 15 min before Alden's arrival (we were still renting elsewhere). Alden explained exactly what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. He also suggested to call Cal amWater to fix something in the outside box. He put the note on the invoice so that I would not forget. I have had good plumbers but A&R's professionalism from beginning to end is truly amazing. So here it is: A broken main pipe became a delightful experience! Such a joy to deal with people who are professional, competent, and with a good attitude. I told them they have my business for life.

We had Cody work on our home and not only did he figure out how to solve our urgent problem from photos he also caught some issues that were about to cause a major leak and flood in our house and was able to fix that as well in a timely manner - the best experience to date for service with plumbing in Carmel we are so appreciative for Cody & A&R for being so professional from the phone agents to Cody! Can’t say enough about how great Cody is!

After calling five plumbing companies, A&R was the only one that was able to come out and fix a broken pipe and get our water back on, the same day. They are professional, friendly, and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

I've used A & R Plumbing three times over the last several years and I've had nothing but good experiences each time. The first time I called them was to fix the incomplete job done by another company. A & R came out in the middle of a rain storm, did the job right, and did it for a fraction of the price the other company charged to do it wrong. Each time, they have delivered the best service for the best price. They are friendly and professional. I can say that at this point, they are the only plumbing company I will call.

An appointment was made immediately by the professional, reliable and customer friendly staff at A&R. Robert was sent to our home to unclog the shower drain. He did an excellent job! And cleaned up the shower floor so it looked like new! Also picked up a needed part for for shower and left it at the A&R desk. Thank so much! Sandra LaDue

Kevin was sent to our house to check the non working temperature controlled shower valve & was able to correct the situation, we didn't need to replace it as suggested by another plumber. Kevin did what was needed & cleaned up afterwards even drying the shower when finished. We are very pleased with the work performed.

This is one of the worst plumbing experiences I had ever had. I told the plumber I have had continuing plumbing problems for several months and that all the plumbers ever did was snake the drain and call it a day. He told me, basically, that is all he would do too. I told them that I needed more information about what was actually wrong and to find out what the actual issue was then put it in writing so I can have evidence. I wanted a warranty so when this did not work, which it had very consistently in the past, I would not have to spend another 300-600 dollars. I even called to complain about the quality of work and attitude of the plumber and the management told me that "my guy can be working on 50 other calls right now, he doesn't have to be working on yours" This place is just a load of garbage. Never use this. You have been warned
