We wanted to give a big thanks to Zach from Exact Plumbing. We had a leak in a pipe under the house and he was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable price. It was a messy and undesirable situation but Zach didn’t hesitate to get totally wet and muddy and do the job that most others would have passed on. I definitely recommend his services.

We have used them for some small/medium fixes and they have always been extremely responsive, pleasant, and effective.

Zack Peterson was a great person to call for plumbing. He returned my call right away, scheduled very fast and was open to providing emergency service. He explained the whole problem and was very upfront about the potential cost and rechecked in about the final cost. He was also super professional, obviously an expert in plumbing and able to make future recommendations. I highly recommend him for any kind of plumbing work and will use him again in the future.

Zach is extremely professional. I have used him for large and small jobs. He responds to all contacts quickly, communicates clearly, arrives on time, and you can count on him to do great work. He is not the least expensive plumber you will find but most likely the best. You really do get what you pay for.

Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Exact Plumbing (wish I had found them first) and everything fell into place. Jordan took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier - it was all very easy. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful. Exact Plumbing knows what they are doing and are true professionals, and because they have chosen to remain small, Jordan and his business partner have control over the whole business, from customer communication to installation to follow-up. Truly 5 stars. These guys are amazing! Local business with prompt service, great communication, very personable. They got right to it. Figured out the problem and got right to work. They know their stuff. Very impressed. Prices we're super fair, so much so that we added a good tip for their great work!

When no Plumbing Co. or Plumbers were able, willing, or just plain didn't care about our emergency, Exact Plumbing went out of his way to help us. When the main water valve threading was done, we couldn't turn our water back on. He came within an hour, on his normal day off (Sat.). Took Care of it.. He told me he couldn't go on with his day, knowing our situation. Somebody who cares. What a concept... I know have a Plumber for our need if we need one down the road. Thank You Exact!!!!
