Kyle and Taylor provided great work and customer service. They were fast and on-time. I got just what I asked for. Just as important to me, when I had questions about the scope of work and costs, Taylor was willing to discuss the matter and reach a good resolution.

Got a plumbing problem? Call Petersen Plumbing Services. Got a problem with your heating duct (like we did)? Call them. Got a dead rat in your crawl space (no seriously, like we did)? Just call them. They go above and beyond and they're efficient as hell. Can't recommend them enough - they know their stuff and they'll take care of you and prioritize it like it's their own home. Huge shout out to Kyle for his hard work and good humor.

We had a broken pipe in our yard. Kyle was able to come out on a Saturday morning and isolate the problem. He fixed it temporarily so we could have water again until it could be permanently fixed. Greatly appreciate the fast and efficient service! 👍🏽

Have been trying to remove my 5 star rating and delete my comments. Having failed I will state that Taylor asked me to give a 5 star review after I asked him for a part name. He said he’d see what he could do. I have him the rating feeling under pressure if I wanted my part description. I’ve never heard from him again, even asking for a response. I paid $467 for 2 hours!! So disappointing for a local business

Urgent same day service and he came with all the needed parts! I needed someone in a pinch and Petersen plumbing came to the rescue. Ben fixed the issue on the first try, professionally and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've used this company multiple times and the result is always impressive and consistent, thanks for being amazing guys. Highly recommend.
