He spent a good amount of time on the phone, gathering details and clearly explaining what might be going on. Santiago came to my house on a Sunday afternoon, just an hour after I called. He inspected the water heater at no charge and laid out my options thoroughly. He was very professional, offered a fair price for the work, and made sure to explain everything he was doing while also giving me tips on how to save money down the line. Curtis and Jerome from Bt Plumbing Co. arrived to examine some issues we had with a couple of toilets and a sink faucet. They conducted a comprehensive analysis of the problems and determined the necessary solutions. The toilets were fixable, but based on Curtis's advice, I opted to replace them, considering they were dated back to the 1950's. I also decided to replace the faucet after Curtis and Jerome spent roughly an hour attempting to repair it. They came back the following week to install the new toilets and faucet, and also upgraded some of my shut off valves, as per my request. Both Curtis and Jerome were friendly and professional. They welcomed me to watch them at work, and they patiently explained their process. Their punctuality, cleanliness, and respect were commendable throughout their service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Should I encounter any more plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to call on them again in Simi Valley.
