APES Plumbing Heating Sewer & Drain Services

We are delighted with the outstanding service we received from APES Plumbing! A few hours after we called, Scott cleared our main sewer drain. He checked the flow of our toilets and sinks as well. The charges for the services were quite reasonable. We highly recommend APES and will call on them again for future needs. They are a great company; very responsive, thorough and affordable.

Your plumber spent 15 minutes walking around my house looking for a clean out, and checking under my house to see if my sewer pipes were strapped down! when all he had to do was ask me, since I’ve lived here almost 19 years and I know there’s no outside clean out and I recently paid people to go under my house to check all the ductwork AND secure the sewer pipes! The only clean out is under my kitchen sink, which I showed him. I also know that the sewer line is located in the same location as the utilities, in my carport. I believe in all honesty, I deserve a credit to my charge card for the 15 minutes he WASTED walking around my house looking for the imaginary clean out and looking at the sewer pipes under my house to see if they were secured! I don’t believe that was why he was here. He was here to unclog my bathroom, not check pipes under my house. I paid $253 for your services, $190/hr and 15 minutes of which he spent looking to see if my sewer pipes were strapped down? Really? It will not be any problem at all for me to call another plumber in the event I need one. Thank you, Maxine Gordon

Scott showed up and within just a few minutes was able to diagnose and fix the problem, explaining as he worked what he was seeing. Watching DIY videos and hoping to fix it yourself is no substitute for an expert who can show up and get the job done right the first time. We’ve called APES twice now and will not hesitate to call them the next time. Great team to work with.

Would definitely use and recommend Apes, plumbing and heating again they were very helpful in accommodating a very tight schedule. Unfortunately a unseen problem arose, they took all necessary steps to rectify the problem in a kind and timely manner. The only plumber I’ll ever use again! We had an issue at our restaurant and another plumber quoted us a $15,000 multi-day repair. Apes came in and fixed the issue in minutes and it cost $175. They are always prompt returning calls and coming out to fix issues. The plumbers know what they’re doing and most of all, they are honest and I trust them to not b.s. or price gouge me. I’ll never use anyone but Apes ever again!

I had two toilets removed / recycled and two new ones installed. The team was great to work with. Professional, quick, nice. Highly recommend.

I called APES first thing in the morning as I was experiencing problems with the water heater at my rental. A crew arrived, made a quick assessment and replaced the water heater in a few hours. They sent the invoice along with photos of the new water heater, warrantee, etc. Very happy with the service.
