I am very happy with the Halo 5 whole house water system that west peak Plumbing recently installed. I had a good experience setting up my appointments with jorge in the office. Cease thoroughly explained the system and answered my many questions. I felt that the cost was a good value for a great product compared to water softeners and other systems I’d heard about from friends. Jose installed the system a week ago and it is a big improvement. My family has noticed a difference in better taste and less hardness of the water.

Juan is great, contacted him on an emergency. I had a leaking water heater and a valve that couldn’t shut off the water. He replaced the water heater and shutoff valves the same day. Excellent customer service!

Ghe pipes below our kitchen sink were clogged and water was coming up through our garbage disposal into the sink. I reported this problem in the middle of the night. Juan came around 7:30 in the morning, and was very nice and helpful and fixed the problem soon after. Thank you - we appreciate everything.
