Scheduled through my home warranty. Never showed up - did not return any of my phone calls. The plumbers do not have company phones so there is no way to reach them once they are dispatched.

We were assigned this company through home warranty. They were not very responsive in returning phone calls for scheduling. The plumbers do not carry phones so there’s no notice given when they are on the way to the service visit and when we didn’t hear the doorbell, no one called us. Ended up using a different company because it would be a full week from our initial phone call until the actual work and we couldn’t wait that long. I don’t know how the actual plumbing work is.

Disappointing Company. They did not do the work because the Office Manager gave the worst customer service ever. I see they are trying to work under Barnes Brothers County plumbing. I called my warranty company and told them I would not allow County plumbing to do my work. they reissued the service und Barnes Brothers but called to let me know that would be cancelled as they are one in the same. The plumber who came out was a nice guy but the office was where this company fell short. I don't recommend them and they tried to gauge me for 3 services saying that my master sinks and shower which was all one request would cost me per drain. They lied and my warranty company told me as much so for bad service, lying and gauging I say shame on you and whoever the lady who calls herself the office manager. She also told me the owner would never call and would the VP of Roto Rooter call you. She hung up on me and that told everything I needed to know about this company. Shame shame on you.

Do Not Use these guys. They are not honest and exploit the situation to rip you out. And they do not know what they are doing. My tenants faced water clog issue the very first day of move-in and were not able to use the showers or toilets. I have Old Republic Home Warranty, who is pathetic as well and always picks up bad and cheap service providers like these guys. These guys showed up the next day and their plumber spent 15 min inside and left. Did not see the backyard or missed the water coming out of the front yard sewer clean up right there in front of him. Then they filed a report with the home warranty saying that since there is no clean out on the property (lie), it needs a roof cleanup service which is not covered by the warranty (of course) and would cost me $679 out of pocket on top of $85 they charged for the service fee. I called the home warranty and they won't listen as always. I told. them that I can see the water coming out and problem is right there, it's obvious. I sent messages and tried calling this company and they won't respond anymore. Next morning I grabbed another local service in Tracy and they did not even go inside and plugged their machine to the front yard cleanup above and found some tree roots and voila, problem fixed. And charged me half the money. Now my battle is with the home warranty who are not taking any responsibility for it and not reimbursing any money or the service fee. No wonder these guys have 1-star review ranking on Google. They clearly saw an opportunity to exploit and make money out of it instead of solving the problem they could have while my tenants family went through so much discomfort.

I had a positive experience with County Plumbing. They came out as promised and assessed the issue with my water heater. After my warranty company approved the repair, County Plumbing came out again as scheduled and repaired my water heater.

As others have suggested. If you been assigned this plumbing company by the insurance company . please call the insurance company and change it. My experience. I have insurance from Old Republic Home Protection. I have my main line stoppage and called the insurance company. On feb 26th i was assigned County plumbing. On feb 27th they scheduled an appointment and did not turn up . On Feb 28th i called insurance and they assigned, Aqua fresh plumbing, they promptly came and said, i need Hydro jetting and they can't do this. So i called the insurance company again and they assigned County plumbing. On March 2nd. County plumbing was assigned again because they have Hydro jetting. I called them and confirmed with them that they have the equipment and can do the job. They Scheduled the appointment on March 13th because the availability of the equipment was not easy. I waited for a week why the stoppage at home and on March 13th they come and say that they did not know anything about hydro jetting. The person identified himself as Abraham and was very rude. not ready to listen to what i had told them and kept saying, i don't know about this. May be they work this way but their is zero communication between them and the office. They don't have any email confirmation or scheduling confirmation.

I actually give them negative stars. I would never recommend this company! I should have read the reviews before they came out. They Installed a water heater without a permit and did not have it inspected afterwards which was actually a hazard because it was installed incorrectly. I had to call out another company to reinstall up to code. The guy that came out was very unprofessional, portrayed an attitude, flooded my back porch area, threw the old water heater out onto my concrete. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

I had a clogged pipe and Sugar Bear Plumbing tried to charge me over $700, saying they would need to replace my entire sink. I called my home warranty and they sent out County Plumbing, who were able to remove the clogged pipe quickly and efficiently (and WITHOUT needing to replace the whole sink) and flush out the large amount of rice I had foolishly put down the disposal.
