This is was a difficult decision with prices of new AC / Heat Pump so terribly high. But J & J Services helped us out. We are totally happy with the services and the new product by J&J. They are kind, efficient and compassionate! Thank you, J & J Services, for your year-round services!

J&J did a wonderful job in keeping us cool! They sent a very friendly, knowledgeable technician (Rosario) who diagnosed/repaired the issue, hassle free. I appreciated him explaining the process and arriving on time. The office staff kept us posted on the timeline and assured us we'd be next in the event of cancellations. This a review only for the technician that was appointed to provide service for our home. I don’t doubt that this company does a great job and this review is not to deter anyone from using their service. But, I will openly provide an honest review of my experience. Firstly, the technical arrived around the appointed time. But, when the questions started I took it as sort rude the way they were asking, they even asked about my family race when asking for our names, which I found ok, until they didn’t say anything after I provided what race we were. To be quite frank, they smelled of alcohol. That’s the only reason I’m doing this review, in hopes J&J can keep a close watch on the conduct of their technicians. After providing the quote, and I politely declining, they push the $100 fee for consultation abruptly interrupting me. I even provide ice water, which he declined and said they had drinks in his vehicle. Not implying alcohol but it was like 89 degrees outside. In final, I reiterate that i believe this company is a stand up company, but again the conduct of your technicians I find, is imperative to keeping your upstanding reputation. I wish you all the best in the future.

Technician Rashad was on time, friendly and took time to explain the system in depth. Performed a detailed maintenance and followed up with everything he did when he was finished. Will definitely be using them for all maintenance in the future and first to call for any repairs.

The quality of work is always important, But even more I was so impressed with the customer service that I wanted to share. Not only from making an appointment but to the technician that visited our home we felt like they truly cared. Bravo J&J as you have obviously chosen the best of the best to represent you!

This is by far one of the best AC repair company I have hired. They were professional, prompt and price was very affordable compared to others in the area. Ramirez is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who really did a great job in returning our unit to working condition. Will highly recommended this company and will hire them again and again. Thank you J&J heating and air.

Could not be happier! Our AC unit went down in the evening of a 103 degree day. We have a toddler and the next few days were about equally as hot so we panicked. I messaged J&J around 6:45am the next morning, I had a call back by 8am, they sent their tech, Sam, out by 10a. Sam shows up, I explain everything to him and he looked at me and said “don’t worry, I got this”. Found the issue and needed a part that was not on his truck.. he said he could possibly be back later that day to fix it after going back to get the part, but he was unsure if it would be later the same day or within 1-2 days as you could imagine with this heat, they are slammed. My wife and I were grateful but expressed our concern about our daughter and was really hoping he could come back the same day and he said he was going to do his best. Then, about 30 min later I see his van pull back in our driveway. He was able to rearrange his day and got the part and came right back and we were back up and running by 12:30pm. I could not believe it! Old fashioned good quality service and a true care for the customer. You never see this any more these days. I never leave a review on anything.. but as a business owner, some things need to be expressed, and we cannot thank J&J Services and Sam more. Thank you again! Customers for life.

Samuel seemed reliable and honest and operated with integrity. I recommend him and J&J to anyone who is looking for some great AC technicians. He took the time to answer any questions I may have. Finding companies you can trust with your AC is difficult, but J&J and Samuel did a great job. I only have one suggestion: Please have your technician equipped with special covers for their food or shoes when they step on the carpet so they don't have to ask the owner to go up and down the stairs to adjust the thermostat.
