Had them install a Mitsubishi mini-split high efficient system. They didn't install it correctly and the system has leaked refrigerant from day one. They were out 4 times in 18 months to recharge the system. Even sent out their leak specialist. He cracked one of the condensation pans, causing one of the units to leak water all over the place. Send out a tech again, instead of replacing the pan that they broke, he glued it back together, Tech said they would 'order a replacement, and they would follow up' never heard from them again. During the installation, they pulled permits from the city of Manteca, but never closed them out (final inspection). The permits have since expired. AND today, during a new heat wave, once again the system has leaked out enough of the refrigerant, so I can barely cool one zone. The has been a huge fail. I cannot recommend them.

Our heater went out so I called to get a technician dispatched over to our commercial warehouse but the lady answered the phone very rude and immediately lost our business.

I had an appointment to get a new HVAC system at my house. After waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Misty said "It's a 2 hours window, sir", which wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. She then told me I am not even on the schedule. I was transferred to the person I had the appointment with who apologized and said he was too busy to call. I'm busy too and took time off work to be home. A courtesy call just to let someone know you're running late seems like the most professional way to handle that situation. Not a good first impression and if that is how the rest of the interactions will be, no thanks. Moving on.

I have been dealing for 2 years with problems from a brand new AC unit from Rod Johnson's AC. I decided to call McLaughlin's based on the good experience my sister had with this company. Laci and Rob explained all of the problems surrounding the existing new unit. They explored all of the possible issues and sent me the pictures to justify my complaints with the other company. They were both courteous and friendly while being very professional. When this debacle is resolved, I hope to purchase and replace the AC unit from them. Thank you both for confirming my suspicions about the broken down "new" unit from Rod Johnson's.

McLaughlin replaced my HVAC unit. They were on time, efficient and all the work was completed as promised. Not only was their pricing the most competitive they cleaned up after each work day. I have been a McLaighlin customer for more than 20 years and recommend them highly. Thanks for a job well done.

Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was "so busy". He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!

Best A/C company in Stockton. I called them on a Monday after my a/c went out and they scheduled for later that day. It was getting close to the time when they had to show up and the office called and said they where running behind but would get it fixed but might be a little later I said fine. A little while later the office called and told me who was coming and what he looked like. They had it fixed in no time and the entire team was professional from start to finish. You need a/c or heating you should call them asap

I work in a business in Lodi, CA. All of a sudden, our unit went out. We were informed we needed a new one. Not only did McLaughlin come in with a lower quote, but they replaced the unit sooner than expected and just before this next heat wave! Thank you McLaughlin!!!
