I've had them come out quite a few times for various issues. They are honest, affordable, and professional! It is nice to know they're not going to rip you off because you have a lack of plumbing knowledge.

Just as one other individual said, it is a shame that I cannot give this business 10 stars, they would be totally worthy of it! After 12 years in the California City area, these folks are the only ones in this region worth calling! Their quality of workmanship and professionalism is absolutely impeccable! Very reasonably priced, and appreciative of your business! THANK YOU JOHN THE PLUMBER!

John was awesome. He saved me a few hundred $$. Made an appointment to have a leaking fireplace key valve replaced. After sending him pics of the valve location, he called me up and gave me verbal instructions on how to fix it. The repair worked like a charm. That is a great example of his honesty in my book. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him for all of my plumbing concerns.

If I could put 10 stars, I would. This is an exceptional company. I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.

John and his crew have been nothing but amazing for our household. They have come out on multiple occasions, sometimes on very short notice, to take care of issues that as a single mom could have otherwise been very stressful!!!! The prices of his services have always been more than economical, and EVERYONE that I have dealt with in their company has always been extremely friendly and knowledgable.
