Guardian Plumber will be my go to company for any project that involves plumbing. They act on your requests right away and send technicians that know what they are doing and complete a job professionally. One such technician is Matthew. He promptly sent me text messages as to what time he will be at the house. Once he arrived, he explained what needs to be done to replace my leaking water heater. He advised me how long it would take and for how much. The price was reasonable given that the new water heater was a Brandon White model that is built to be the best. I like the new one because it has a drain pan at the bottom and a safety device on the top. When he completed the installation, Matthew made sure the work area was wipe down clean and dry. Appreciate the job well done by Matthew. Highly recommended for his expertise and professional conduct.

I met with Mike Robinson and he explained all my options. The initial plumber Jacob Litchenberg was very good and went under a wet very scary sub basement. But the final employees who did the work - Miguel Lopez and Carlos Arenas - were awesome. Skilled of course as should be expected but they were so good at making the experience less stressful. Very polite and had such great customer service!! Had it done in no time under wet horrible circumstances.

After a week and a half of trying to get my leaking water heater replaced through my warranty company, I knew I had to find a more reliable alternative. I found Guardian through online reviews and gave them a call. Jose helped me make informed decisions throughout the process. In terms of money, it cost a lot more than going through my warranty company, but in terms of getting the job done in a timely manner, and done right, life quickly got back to normal and I can sleep at night knowing everything was done correctly. I had a major water leak. I called Guardian, as I had had this leak twice repaired by a previous company. Guardian technicians were out the next day. The technicians were wonderful. I felt comfortable talking with them. They were professional and listened to my concerns. They kept me informed as to what they were doing. Would I call them again? Most definitely!!

I’m so grateful a friend recommended Guardian Plumbing to me! I had a real gross bathroom situation that ended up being a clogged mainline….I was SHOCKED when they told me “That will be $33”….I responded, “Really? That’s all?” To which my amazingly kind and professional plumber Javier said “Yes ma'am, that’s it”. I also ended up fixing a flap that was not doing so well, which was likely contributing to the problem. But there was NO pressure by the Guardian Techs, it was actually me that said I’d like to also get that fixed (and it was also incredibly reasonable in price). This was by far my best plumbing experience I’ve ever had, start to finish! Quick response time, great communication prior, during and after service, kind & courteous professional employees all the way around….and they let me watch the cool camera going all the way through my drain. I’m definitely gonna keep Guardian on speed dial! Thank you!!
