Two technicians, Jose & Rodrigo, arrived on time! They were pleasant and listened to our concerns. They began to work & quickly diagnosed the problem, we were shown the actual water leak and Jose explained what was required to fix it. They provided us with a very reasonable estimate of what the repair cost would be. They politely asked us if we wanted some time to think about it or did we want them to proceed with the repairs? There was no feeling of being pressured to make a decision at any step of the process! Since it was a leak that had begun to stain a corner of our office ceiling, and because All American has earned our trust over the past 20 years, we decided not to wait and chose to proceed with the repairs. We are grateful it could be taken care of in one afternoon! After the repairs were finished we were shown the sealed product! Jose & Rodrigo replaced the ceiling back to normal, cleaned up and vacuum the area and informed us the work was under warranty. Yeah, no more leak! Jose and Chris were just out to check our water heater. They did a terrific job of explaining what was happening with the heater. I really appreciate that they were able to come out so quickly, diagnose the issue, and make recommendations on how to correct the problem. They were courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. All American Plumbing provided great advice on replacing my water heater. Their technicians have all been kind, courteous, and helpful. Most of all they have been knowledgeable.

Leo was very polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our unit and get it up and running again. He represents the company well and I have confidence in the company because of his professionalism and skilled training.

Warning! Avoid this company by all means! They charge a lot of money just for the visit and then they give you an insanely expensive estimate. For an hour of an easy job (part of it was to wait for the water to drain) they asked for more than $800! I ended up paying them $79 just for the visit. Even the employee who came to do the job was aware for the reputation that the owner has as the most expensive in the industry. That is very bad way to do business. I will do the same job myself.

Jose and Chris were wonderful and quick with changing out our sink’s garbage disposal since ours had shattered. Jose was especially funny and answered all our questions as well as mentioning the differences between our old disposal and the new one they had installed. I highly recommend the company’s services as they are quick to help in emergency situations and very quick to communicate if there are changes to the schedule.
