After working with Jarrett to fix my issues with the water valve I had installed , they did an amazing job of coming out to re work the plumbing. They were prompt and professional. I am pleased to have this issue resolved.

Thorsen's did a great job. They assessed the problem with my heater, ordered the part needed to fix it, and returned to install the part in under a week. Carlos did the work. He was prompt, respectful and aware of keeping my house clean. He replaced the filter too! Great kid!

I've been a customer for 6 years - they are such a pleasure to work with! The entire staff from office to field is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ruben just did the winter service for my unit and always does a great job. He also noticed that my carbon monoxide unit is in the wrong place and recommended where to move it. Rick came out to do maintenance on my heat/air system. He gave me a lot of tips that will come in handy especially for the hot summer. He explained a lot of technical issues that hadn’t been explained before! He is the best technician I’ve had come out.

He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I’ve been a customer of Thorenson’s for over 15 years. The service department has always been friendly as well as the technicians that perform the work. Today Seth came out to perform routine maintenance on my heater. Seth was extremely thoughtful, courteous, and sensitive to my home, pets, and performed his job quickly and effectively. As always, the employees from Thorsen-Norquist were polite, on time, and efficient. Gabe and Seth replaced my thermostat--Gabe was training Seth and did a fine job; I'm a retired teacher so I know a good one when I see one. Seth and I had a nice conversation while I was paying the bill. The next day, Paul came and quickly found the plumbing problem; he had it repaired very quickly, and I was able to go on with my day. I can highly recommend your business!
