I needed to replace am old pricey, problematic AC (Carrier) unit that was 43 years old. Crystal and Kellie helped me with pricing and Paul the technician evaluated my old system and recommended new options. Paul and other technician were professional and installed in a day. My New Goodman unit is much quieter (old unit sounded like a lawnmower) and is energy efficient. Although I already have solar, the new unit adds more efficiency and value to my house.

Called Orange County Plumbing for a garbage disposer installation. They dispatched their tech the same day. He was here within a few hours and soon had the new disposal installed and working. Thanks much for responding quickly and for a job well done.

I continue to use Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for my needs. I find them to be very professional, knowledgeable and they are honest with me. I always ask for the same plumber because he knows our house and the work that has already been performed. I have recently called them back because the water heaters pressure valve blew and caused a mess. Since I didn't have hot water, they responded quickly and replaced the pressure valve and piping associated with the pressure valve. They performed a great job and did it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing repairs. I had some minor issues with flushing the hot water heater and I called for help. They responded and showed me what I did wrong. I have performed the flushing for many years, but this water heater was different. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness they demonstrated. I will continue to use their services in the future and continue to recommend them.

I paid you $1200 and you didn't fix the problem, now you want $400 more to replace a circuit board. How about you come and resolve the original issue instead of over charging me. It's not my fault that you can't diagnose an issue the first or second time. The circuit board should have been replaced on the second visit when Paul said it was bad.
