Collier Plumbing

I decided to use Collier Plumbing to install my water heater, they were recommended by Rheem. For any company doing anything in your House my expectation is that they would treat it as if it would be their own. This absolutely was not done on this install. The installer did not put the face plate on, he had the water lines touching the vent line which caused the insulation melt, he did not even screw the vent line down completely, the drain line wasn't connected completely, and the earthquake straps were not properly put back on. I was disappointed with their service which I had to pay for, now now have to fix all these problems. I called them to let them know about these issues and their response was since you fixed them what do you want us to do now?

My water heater wasn’t working right, so I called Collier Plumbing to get an estimate. The plumber diagnosed the problem over the phone and didn’t charge me for the call. They also suggested that I order the gas valve directly from the manufacturer. I ordered the gas valve and called Collier Plumbing again to get it installed. I paid $175 for the labor, but I got the gas valve for free under warranty from Rheem. I was really happy with their polite and professional service.

A great experience with Dr Ball. So nice and caring. She visited our home and diagnosed my illness. Then made sure my meds were in stock at the pharmacy . Very intelligent and we would definitely call if another need warrants it.

Dr. Ball is amazing! I just received the best assessment and care since I was in the hospital. She is soft-spoken, pleasant, and calm while being quite knowledgeable. I am in no hurry to find a PCP anymore. Kudos, Dr. Ball!

From the first call to OnCall, they were absolutely incredible to work with. They were able to see us same day, they called before they arrived, and even after the appointment to check in and make sure all was ok. The service on site was also phenomenal. These guys are really good. John came to evaluate my house for a new copper piping job May 2014. He was really good at seeing that we recently had the inside remodeled and created a way to re-pipe without damaging the new work. I am very happy with the outcome and the service. John and Nick showed up each day and work very hard even solving issues that were left for us by the previous owners of the house. These guys are GOOD! Oh, and their price is VERY reasonable!

I have been going to OnCall medical and Wellness for almost a year now and I consider it a one stop shop. I use the counseling services to progress through life’s challenges and the physical wellness services to receive wise advice and treatment for skin concerns. Oh and I can sit here all day and talk about Dr. Ball...She is amazing! Very patient, caring and knowledgeable! I love her! Come check her out. I promise you she won’t disappoint.

Our service man (Jacob) was very knowledgeable. Asked if we had questions every step of the way. The installation site was clean and neat while working and after install. Pricing wasn't the cheapest, but was fair and aligned with the quality of service. We would recommend them to neighbors and friends. We chose them based on other reviews and now we know why they are highly rated.
