Hire this company if you want peace of mind! They took care of us like family! We have a historic home and had two bathrooms down, one with a clogged drain and the other with a broken toilet flange and a leaking shutoff valve. They responded and scheduled immediately, coming out the same day we called. They fixed our issues quickly and with great professionalism. They also showed respect for us, our house, leaving no mess behind from the repairs. Both Gio and Nate represented the business extremely well. They were very knowledgeable, gave a fair and accurate quote, were punctual, hardworking, and focused. We give them our highest recommendation and sincere thanks!

Giovanni did a great job evaluating the drainage problem in my house and after discovering, it was a bad corroded out check valve the next morning he came and cut the concrete, dug out the old valve and installed a new valve. I feel their pricing is very competitive and I’ll definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I have a lot of appreciation for this company. I recently had a deep break in my water main. I called several companies and a redhead router plumbing was the most reasonable on pricing and had the fastest service. I also never got the feeling that they were trying to scare me or upsell me like two other companies that I requested estimates from. The employee that helped me was named Athen. 5/5 recommend this employee and company.

At last minute I needed to have two toilets replaced and a shower potentially fixed. Giovanni was transparent about costs, risks, and possible failures every step of they way. The toilets were very fast to replace and they had to also replace the control knob, which also fixed some of the fill rate problem we had in the toilet. His upfront and transparent nature made decisions about fixing the shower easier as the old galvanized piping fought him. Sadly fixing it was too risky for our current situation but he prepared an estimate for what we should do to overall fix the problem. I would 100% recommend this service.

Woke up to water in shower and toilet not flushing. Googled reputable plumber near me. R. R. Was #3 but had a 5 star rating from 250 customers. I called and within one hour Athen arrived, polite, nice guy showed me problem on video with camera. Explanation great. Job big. Had to break concrete dig, replace and complete. Job done on time and under estimate by a few dollars. Excellent worker, great company. The owner answers the phone and I like that.

Shane and his crew were the best I could have hoped for, with the job they had cut out for them. I was out of town when my wife called saying that we had a slab leak and that she called a local plumber. I was skeptical to say the least, but Shane took care of everything from locating the issue to replacing/rerouting all the hot water copper pipes in place of pex. He even helped with a couple unrelated issues (gas leak at dryer, and issue with the water heater). He was good at troubleshooting when he ran into an issue. Our homeowners insurance helped with the cost of the repair, but I still feel that his prices were also reasonable. I’d like to give a shout-out to the rest of the crew as well, who he was training and who also were very respectful and did great work. There were times that Shane was on another job and I they still came over and took care of business. Thank you for the help! We’ll be calling you again.
