I’m rebuilding a bathtub due to water damage behind the tile. I’ve done the demolition and prep work for new plumbing. Advanced Plumbing came and installed the new piping and valves in a few hours. I also had them replace the house shut off valve since it was old and not sealing completely. They were professional and competent in doing high quality plumbing work. I’ve used them several times and would choose them again.

Jason and his team were fast, communicative, and efficient. They did a great job replacing my water heater, and Jason was very polite and informative throughout the process. While the costs for such work is high, Jason was up front about pricing and ultimately it was my decision to choose a professional who knew what they were doing. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing a plumber!

We would have given Advance Pluming a higher rating if we could! Chris, Bobby and Rene did a great job installing a Trane unit with duck work and monitors. Gino explained what work his crew would perform and why. He was patient as he knew we were unfamiliar with the heating unit. We asked lots of questions as we researched what unit to purchase. We received Professional, friendly and courteous service making sure we were happy with their work. We are very happy we went with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. We know your rating system goes up to 5 stars, however, Advance Plumbing Heating and Air deserve a 10, from very picky customers. One the unit was installed, we noticed immediately the loud furnace noise was gone and the ductwork eliminated the noise when our system came on. We can tell by setting our thermostats at 62 degrees, our house is warmer than when we had our thermostats set before at 64 degrees or higher. Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was very reliable and professional. They arrived early and performed the work efficiently and repaired our water heater and the leaks in our outdoor pipes by replacing the old pipes with new copper fittings. We would call them again if we had any plumbing problems.

After receiving a total of 5 quotes to purchase and install my requested Inverter Heat Pump System to replace my home's old HVAC Units, I chose to go with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. They are based in Vacaville. Enrique came to my home, first, to inspect existing Electrical, and Attic and Below floor Duct conditions. He made all the calculations to determine if all Duct dimensioning is correctly sized for the New incoming system. He then walked us through all aspects, details and costs of Electrifying my home. Due to the condition of existing Ducts, I elected to have it all changed out which will also bring it all up to current code. His knowledge of the product was Absolutely Out of This World. In spite of not being the lowest overall cost for the project, my wife and I saw no reason to go with anyone else. The job was projected to last between two to three days. His screw, led by Chris and Bobby, were very Professional, Friendly, Clean and on-time. Everyone had their jobs to do, and before I knew it, the first day was done, and they were making sure my house was as clean as it was when they first arrived, perhaps even cleaner! For the entirety of the job, everyone was First Class in their demeanor, their knowledge, and courteousness. Before they left, Chris made sure that my wife and I were well instructed on how the New system operates, and, also had one of his crew give the hallway carpet one last good Vacuum cleaning! I like the fact that, at least for the first year of operation, they will come by a couple of times to inspect and if needed, clean and tune up the system. Also, should I use them for any plumbing needs, they will give a Discount for their services. Before they left, I asked if they would leave their Sign with their Company Info on my lawn, so that my neighborhood would be made aware of who did the job. I would tell them, that if they plan to upgrade their HVAC system to the latest Inverter Heat Pump System, Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air is the ONLY company to go with!

Cesar and his crew have done an amazing job. They were able to work with my busy work schedule and heavy rains to complete the job. The only plumbing company I will use in the future is Advanced Plumping.

Great service, Gino was very friendly and explained things well, and the prices were about what I expected given that we replaced the furnace and ac units. We had a problem the first night after the installation, but they sent someone over right away and fixed it! All in all I was very satisfied with their service and would use it again!

Woke up to a constant drip from the tub faucet in the guest bathroom. The last plumber I used said I would have to have an opening cut in the wall leading upstairs if the cartridge had to be replaced. I decided to try a new company and I am so glad I did. I contacted Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air at 6:10am based on many favorable reviews and clicked on the Book Online button on their website. I got a fast text response in 10 minutes and made an appointment for the next day. The company called me at 10am saying they were in my area and had a cancellation and could stop by in the next 5 minutes. Yay! Jose and Terrance arrived and got to work assessing the issue. They quickly diagnosed the need for a new cartridge but promised to try and replace from inside the shower stall without having to cut out the wall. No guarantee but at least they would try. They did it! The cartridge was neatly replaced and they tightened up some sink faucets while they were here. I decided to subscribe to the annual membership program for discounts and to receive plumbing inspections during the year. Highly recommend this company!
