DeDona Restoration

We recently had a sewage backup at our rental property in Palm Springs, from a guest flushing wipes down our toilet. It created water damage in half of the house and due to the unsanitary nature of the back up, we had an emergency on our hands. Our property manager connected us with DeDona Restoration and their owner Michael to handle the mitigation and rehab. From the start we felt very comfortable with the plan of action and the steps needed in order to get our house back up and ready to rent again. Being that we’ve never had to deal with this, Michael was very thorough in his explanations (and expectations) and also walked us through the process of handling the insurance claims. This was especially important to us, as everything was detailed and submitted in the manner in which was required by the insurance. He was there every step of the way and if anything went sideways during the process, he was there to assure us that it would be taken care of, which relieved a lot of stress from our side. Overall, it was a great experience and we were able to complete the restoration on time and the house looks like nothing had ever happened to it. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and communication with Michael and DeDona Restoration!
