My waterheater failed and I immediately called Horn's that evening. Without the slightest delay, they aligned with my schedule and came the next day and replaced it along with replacing all water connections to the system. Not an extra add, they recommended an expansion tank (a nice to have) and I agreed. The professionals that responded were just that, professionals with the courtesy, empathy, and compassion thar makes Horn's a successful business. Big thanks to the team at Horn's always coming in when absolutely needed!
