Daniel arrived right on time. Was very professional and polite. The work was done in a timely manner, but what we really appreciated was Daniel's attitude.

Extremely rude worker. He was doing work for my niegbor and was blocking my driving. I just gotten home from work and asked if he could move his van so I can pull into MY driveway. He gave me attitude and was trying to tell me to just maneuver around his van. I told him that he was blocking the space I need to get in and he finally moved but not without glaring at me with anger. His truck number is either 3579 or 677639. Don't block someones driveway if you don't want them to ask you to move.

Armando was excellent! He was prompt, professional, and helpful in fixing our two toilets - one of which was leaking and the other wobbly. We are grateful to him for his help and would absolutely recommend using Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this company's professionalism. They stand behind their work, are responsive (they showed up same day and 2 hours ahead of schedule), and the plumber that came out, Sam, was so kind, helpful, and thorough. He ran the line as far as he could, flushed the sewer, and confirmed all the pipes were okay before he left. So happy to have them as a go-to.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their dispatcher answered promptly -- on a holiday Sunday! -- and had a technician out to us within the hour. Francisco was polite, fast and effective. The company did not charge us extra for a last-minute, Sunday call. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd call them in a heartbeat if I did.

I had a tragic incident where my main was blocked and I had sewage blowing out of almost every pipe in the house. I called around got insane quotes like 1600 or they were booked for 2 weeks out. I called Mr rooter and they sent someone out the next day and cleared the blockage in about 3 hours. The technician Jason Chavarria was very knowledgeable and professional. Gave you options to the work and the pros and cons. Very considerate with his work. Respected my home. Definitely considering a maintenance plan but still budgeting.

Jason arrived right on time, was clean and polite. Project started as replacing toilet seat. But a difficult access situation (getting to the bolts). Had to remove toilet to get all the bolts in the right places securely. Great cleanup, too. This young man knew his stuff!

The serviceman was professional and quick. He quoted $400 for a 30 minute service. He finally adjusted to $250 which I thought was high, but he was in and out in 30 minutes from the start of working. This was not an emergency call. Price gouging is everywhere. No quote or price range on the initial call.
