Noe of NS Sewer Piping recently installed a 2-way clean out in our front yard. After breaking the flagstone to get to the sewer line, he installed a new clean out with high grade materials. Noe then patched everything up as if nothing happened. He was professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend NS Sewer Piping for all your plumbing needs. NS Sewer replaced our sewer lateral in June 2024 in Corte Madera. We have a very long lateral which was the old clay pipe type and it had many tree roots getting in. It was complicated by running under existing concrete walkways and garden landscaping where they were required to dig some connection holes- the rest was "trenchless." They did a great job on replacing those concrete areas and preserving the landscaping. We got 3 bids and they were the lowest. They did some extra work for us and didn't hike their bid price. They got the city permits and inspections done. We were very happy with their work and to get this done.
