When calling to inquire about a drain unclogging, they were prompt and had someone out within 2 hours while other places quoted me up to 6 hours. Their pricing was reasonable and the staff both on the phone and the plumber servicing the drain were both wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I 10/10 recommend. Our plumber was Martin and he was so kind when interacting with my very inquisitive 4 year old while unclogging the drain. My 4 year old got all his questions answered and our drain got unclogged promptly. I will definitely be calling him for all future plumbing needs!

Very professional. Ask for a warranty and best to get several quotes. Good job otherwise. Did a blow-and-go and reinstalled toilet with a new flange. It was lovely.

CHECK BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU--THEY FAILED On November 2nd, Elite Rooter came to my house following a backup in my kitchen sink. In the initial estimate provided, it was indicated that a secondary sewer inspection and a hydro-jetting procedure were necessary. However, it appears that the hydro-jetting was either executed improperly or not performed at all. The technicians accessed the system through the sink instead of utilizing the clean-out located outside of the residence. This approach was ineffective, particularly due to the nature of hydro-jets, which can reverse the flow of debris. Furthermore, the technicians asserted that a clean-out did not exist, which necessitated their method of access through the sink. However, I subsequently discovered the presence of a clean-out after engaging another plumbing professional to rectify the issues. In the second estimate, it was stated that cutting a hole in the ceiling, replacing a pipe, and conducting a secondary camera inspection were required. The technicians proceeded to cut holes in my ceiling, wall, and beneath the sink without obtaining prior permission for the additional damage to the wall and sink area. Moreover, there was no need to cut into the ceiling or wall, as they were able to access the pipe under the sink. Additionally, no secondary camera inspection was performed. The hole created in the wall was utilized to extract a six-inch segment of pipe, a process for which I did not grant permission. This segment was presented to illustrate the purported poor condition of my pipe. Following this presentation, I was advised that my pipe required "re-lining" and was encouraged to research this process on YouTube. An initial quote of $15,000 was provided for this service. Upon expressing my desire to obtain a second opinion, the price was reduced to $10,000, which I found suspect, as such significant fluctuations in pricing raise concerns of potential price gouging. I experienced pressure to reach an immediate decision but ultimately informed the technicians that I would follow up with them later. I requested to retain the extracted piece of pipe, which I subsequently cleaned out myself. To my surprise, there was no damage to the pipe; it appeared to require only cleaning. Moreover, upon inspecting the area above the cut pipe, I found it to be entirely clear, suggesting that at least some partial clearance had been achieved—indicating no damage to that section of the pipe either. I then consulted another plumbing professional who promptly located the clean-out that had previously been claimed to be nonexistent. This technician performed a hydro-jetting procedure that lasted approximately 90 minutes, including a brief trip to a hardware store for a new plug, successfully resolving the issue at a cost less than one-quarter of what Elite Rooter charged. Another plumber assessed the area where a leak had purportedly occurred and observed no signs of water damage, leading me to question the existence of any leak whatsoever. The only camera inspection I had received was presented at the outset, showcasing the exterior of the pipe before any modifications to my wall were made. I recall this distinctly, as the image was peculiar and depicted what appeared to be a vent that does not exist in my residence. Consequently, I have paid Elite Rooter almost 6 THOUSAND for a partial hydro-jetting service, the replacement of a segment of pipe under my sink, and the cutting of two wholly unnecessary openings in my ceiling and wall, which now requires remediation by another service provider. While I understand that your team operates on a commission basis, extensive research and consultations with two additional plumbing experts have led me to believe that I have been taken advantage of due to my gender. I experienced undue pressure to authorize actions that were not warranted, and my children were utilized as a means to instill fear regarding the potential consequences of inaction. Furthermore, the work that was initially promised was not completed.

I had an exceptional experience with Allan Graber from Plumbers Inc. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Allan took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explained the necessary repairs in a clear and friendly manner, and completed the job with great attention to detail.".

Elite responded on the same day and we were serviced the same day. When you need help to keep your house functioning this is great service! I recommend them and I will call them back for future needs.

Juan H. is an excellent plumber! He was professional, punctual, and got the job done right the first time. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave a fair estimate. His work was thorough, and he left the area clean after finishing the job. I would highly recommend Juan for any plumbing needs—reliable and trustworthy!

Kept telling us they were on our way. Ultimately, we waited two full days for them to arrive--I literally didn't leave my house the entire time thinking they were coming within the next two hours, then the next two hours, etc. I had to keep calling them for updates; they were not communicative about the delays. Eventually, they showed up and couldn't clear our clog with a snake alone (not the plumber's fault, just a bad clog), but we will not spend any more money with this company. Called another who was way more responsive and gave us a better quote for the additional work needed to clear the clog.

Avoid at all costs. The "plumbers" they send out have zero understanding of the work they claim to do. And have actively lied and used high pressure tactics to try to swindle me into repairs costing $30k. When told "no" they put my pipes back together and there were suddenly no issues. And yet they still managed to charge me for work they never did. Management is either just as incompetent or complicit. Avoid, best case they won't feel like trying to scam you and do shoddy work. Worst they are willing to bankrupt you with no remorse.
