What I thought would cost me thousands of dollars was taken care of in minutes and for a fraction of the cost due to the expertise and honesty of this outfit. I had other companies come out and look and they failed to see the simple solution that Frank & Vizzo's associate figured out in no time. Prompt, professional, honest, simply a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Frank and Vizzo's to anyone.

We noticed a bathroom sink leak this morning around 10:30, immediately called Franklin & Vizzo to see how soon a plumber could come out. Vicente the plumber was at our door my 11:30 and he had fixed the leak and finished the job by 12:30. The cost was $140 for parts and labor which we found was reasonable for how quick the response time of service. We have used this company a few times in the past and have never had any issues or problems at all. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing services you would need.

My family has been using Vizzo for at least twenty years. They're one of the few plumbers who actually respond quickly in an emergency. Everyone is very nice. I am only knocking one star because of how expensive everything has gotten and I had a frustrating time recently trying to get refunded for a second service call that should never have become an extra charge. I did finally get the refund after over a week back and forth.

I have worked with Franklin and Vizzo for years. They always deliver on their services. Their plumbers really know their stuff and they always provide a fair price for their services. I have used Franklin and Vizzo in the past. I had an appointment today set for 8 to 12. No confirmation call. I called at 11:45 to ask if someone was still coming and was told “a plumber is in your area and will be calling soon”, No one ever called or showed up. Thank goodness not like in the old days when I would have to take time off from being at the office to be stood up. Nonetheless, I have called another plumber. Terrible service! How nice for them that they don’t have to treat their customers well.

Franklin and Vizzo Plumbing have handled issues large and small for us for many years. Always professional, considerate, timely, and fair, which is why the previous sentence exists. This week our hot water decided to check out and that is when Franklin and Vizzo checked in and took care of the situation, first making every effort to revive the ailing on-demand heater that had served us so well, working with the manufacturer to trouble shoot the problem. When it became apparent that was not possible, Matt discussed our options and took care of ordering the replacement and assuring me that it would be installed as soon as it came in. There was a problem with the unit being on the invoice of items ordered from the supplier, but not found on the truck that delivered those items. Matt put his all into locating the unit and within a few hours after informing me of the delay, called and said he had success and was on his way over. He and his co-worker Jesse got to work immediately and within a few hours hot water was once again flowing through the pipes. They were professional, considerate, methodical, and so kind and thoughtful, explaining the process, making sure that I understood the difference between the new model and the old, and going over the materials provided by the manufacturer. Their work was excellent and they left no trace of their presence, other than the invoice which was clear, concise, and less than anticipated. Matt and Will in replaced a water heater for us. Absolute professionals and top quality work. They were also very fast and efficient. Forget about those radio ads you hear. Call this company first! Upfront pricing and communication with every little change.

Woke up to a river running through my garage due to an old water heater. Called these guys around 8am and within 40 minutes they had two techs at my house replacing the unit. Exceptional service and communication. Much appreciated.
