Had a very pleasant experience with Hansen’s plumbing. They were prompt in helping us get a leak resolved with our galvanized pipes in our building. John and his crew were awesome and we would definitely recommend them.

Avery was terrific! I called with a water leak issue and Hansen’s was able to send out Avery within 10 minutes. Avery called when he arrived and met me out by the garage. He took a look at the issue and explained the price and the details of what needed to be done to fix it before he began work. I found him to be efficient with time and professional with me. 10/10 would recommend.

Jason and the two young men he had working with him for the entire time they worked on replacing my hot water heater were absolutely the best. They went over and above. Jason stayed in contact with him the entire time which was well over a week as I had water damage and needed a wall replaced. Highly recommend Hansen's Plumbing.

Damen and Shayne came out to replace water shut off valves and hoses for the sinks and toilets in the house. After completing this extensive task, we realized that one of the sinks was leaking whereas it had not been before. They could have very easily said that they did nothing to the valve and left it, but they decided to take it apart and investigate it further. It turned out that a copper shaving from their installation had lodged itself into the sink valve which was the cause of the new leak. They removed it and solved the problem. They went above and beyond in accomplishing this job and showed their dedication to their work with this final act of perfection.

Avery was great. he was efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. The work looks great, and my problem has been resolved.

Joe and Avery came out and snaked my drain and put a new regulator on my house. They were quick and professional and I’ll have them back out soon to fix some other stuff I need done. Thanks guys.
