Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Victorville

A call to Mr. Rooter to unclog the kitchen sink resulted in a re-pipe of the almost 90 year old house. Four plumbers worked for two days after Raymond suspected a more serious problem than usual. Enrique became my go to guy after a camera identified bent and buried, added on pipes. The team of Gabriel and Alex did the dirty work --literally! They had to dig out pipes and Gabriel spent a day under the house, on dirt, with almost no room to move. Such a gentleman to say he didn't mind and that it was quite clean! He and Alex were a very compatible team, and when they finished one would never have believed such a major project had taken place. It was a pleasure having these technicians in our home. They were knowledgeable, personable, courteousness, and patient, and a follow up from Marcus and Jordan just added to these outstanding plumbers. Since my husband and I were not present during part of the time the work took place we had to rely on Enrique, and he responded to every one of my texts promptly. I did not want or anticipate such a major project when I called Mr. Rooter, but I feel fortunate that they were the plumbers to do the job. Will I call them again? Would I recommend them to my friends or neighbors? Absolutely!

Mr. Rooter is the way to go. The representative is very nice and very helpful on setting up your appointment. They call & let you know when they’ll be to your home. They come in ready with booties which is very nice & respectful. They are very knowledgeable and ready to work & get the job done. I love how you get pictures of everything they did in your home. Although initially we had scheduling issues, Mr. Rooter plumbing was able to send a plumber at my earliest convenience. The plumber was professional and transparent with costs and possible reasons why I was having an issue of pipes creaking at night. He gave me a list of services that could be done along with the costs. I truly appreciate the free estimate and helpfulness from the company again for complicated jobs.

Hector was very efficient. Explained in detail of his work before he began. Work completed on a timely manner, especially on my tight schedule. Very appreciative for his recommendation to prevent future pluming problems.

Called me about 4 times to confirm appointment the day of. No one ended up showing up. Few days later they set an appointment up without my approval. Said they would send me a quote. A week later no quote still. Total of 3 weeks has gone by still no help just a waste of time.

Mister rooter, is an all a round Great company Stemming from the person who answers the phones to there plumbers. We had a major gas leak at our home and needed A plumbing company to come out. I spoke with Carlos on the phone and he was very understandable and helpful and getting the plumbers to come out to our house, The same day. we called other companies, and they could not come out until the very next day. Wallace was one of the plumbers that came out the 1st day and started the work. He probably would've finished the work if he would have been able to come out earlier. Wallace was very thoroughl, as to making sure that someone came out bright and early the next day, he called me in the morning to let me know someone would be coming out to finish up the job that it would not be him. The next plumber that came out the next day his name was Matthew. He was also very understandable and honest. Matthew had to bust a wall down in order to get to a gas leak that we had. He made it clear that he was going to do the least amount of opening of the wall to make it easier on us to repair it. And he did just that the opening was very small and he was able to correct the problem that was in the wall. Overall, this company and all their workers that we encountered We're by far the nicest most reliable company We have came in contact with. I would recommend this company To anyone out there who has plumbing problems, gas leaks, or anything else that requires a plumbing company..
