Aqua Bear Plumbing & Drain

Greg and Gage came to my house to fix a couple leaks. They were quick to respond and figure out the issues and make the fixes at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use Aqua Bear again and would recommend them to others.

We had a pipe break and had to shut off water to our house. We called Aqua Bears and Greg came to the house within an hour. Greg was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Greg explained everything he was doing and had our pipe repaired and water restored quickly! Thank you Greg!

Our experience with Aqua Bear Plumbing and Greg Distefano was excellent. For the diagnosis and estimate, there was no fee of any kind: no trip fee, no time spent fee, nothing. Two plumbers showed up when scheduled, inspected the toilet to diagnose the cause of it not flushing properly, and determined that our toilet needed to be replaced (no surprise given that it was 32 years old!). They were very friendly and explained everything in detail, and we agreed that it was time for a replacement. We scheduled a date for the replacement, and again they showed up on time, did their work quickly, treated our home respectfully, installed the toilet we requested, and were out the door leaving us with a gleaming toilet and a clean bathroom as they did not leave any mess. I especially loved the emails and texts I got when they were on their way, along with a link where I could track their journey to my home and be prepared for their arrival. Appointments, estimates, and invoices were also emailed promptly. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be using them for future plumbing needs.

Greg and Gage immediately took great care of us. We didn’t have hot water at our kitchen sink and we had a few clogged drains. Turns out we just needed a hair catcher cleaned out and to turn the kitchen faucet a different way (woops). Another company could have taken advantage and charged us $500 to fix everything but Greg just took care of us for free. They seem like truly honest business owners and we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs

Greg and Gage are true professionals. When I had a leak, they came out to assess it and when it turned out to be an appliance, they didn't even charge for the visit. I highly recommend these folks.

We highly recommend Aqua Bear Plumbing! Greg and Gage arrived quickly to assess our leaking kitchen faucet and provide an estimate for repair. They were able to fix it immediately and waived any fees. Greg's and Gage's decades of experience was very apparent and we highly appreciate their diligence and precision with this job.
