Toilet job - Great installation, but wonky on installation price. Got a quote, but when the job was done, they wanted to charge 70% more. When I complained, they lowered it to only 28% more than quoted. It should be noted that I set up all toilets next to ones to be replaced, removed packing materials, protected the floors, etc. AND there we no problems or issues. Again, great work, but watch your bill.

Horrible, really horrible customer service and technicians. They rescheduled last minute three times with us, Today they finally came an hour earlier than the receptionist said they would (8am) we weren't prepared. They installed three new faucets that we bought and they put all of them on crookedly and one of them leaks now under the sink, (never did before). There is also standing water outside of the sink on the floor. I called and they said they'd call back...didn't. Called again another call back promise...didn't. I called again and got through to the plumber said they'll TRY to come by today to look at it...avoid these overpriced plumbers. For less than an hour of shoddy work, we were charged over $500 and I supplied the faucets.

A terrible experience with the company. They replaced the shower diverter last year which broke in less than a year leading to water leak inside the wall. This caused so much damage that the whole bathroom and much of garage now needs to be demolished and rebuilt. And, of course there were no call backs on contacting them. Use at your own risk, don't expect any warranty or follow-through if they are at fault and be ready to cough up a lot of money for the repairs.

Very disappointed that I had to end a 22 year relationship that up to now had been good. Plumber was nice, but when trying to rectify a situation where upon install of new bathroom faucets, the sink didn't hold water. The plumber left without checking. I assumed the work was good, but unfortunately didn't test it myself. When I called the service department to resolve it, the manager Juan didn't think that it was Hanna's responsibility that they left without the sink being able to hold water. Very, very disappointed that we couldn't resolve this civilly.
