I am the property manager at Adams Street Apts under the management of Chamberlain Property Management, and we use Jones Plumbing for pretty much all of our plumbing needs. Tim the office manager is detail oriented, professional, very communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Glenn is an amazingly knowledgeable plumber and has created a great crew of workers to follow in his footsteps. I am always pleased with my experience with Jones Plumbing, and almost hesitate leaving a positive review only because I want to make sure they are always available for my property needs. In my line of work I deal with many different vendors, and it is not always a seamless experience. With Jones plumbing scheduling is easy, they are always reliable, and I don’t have to worry about work being done right. I have nothing bad to say about the company, the staff, or their work. I will continue to call them back time and time again!

We had a BAD water leak under the sink. I called at 8:38 AM on Friday, December 27. Tim sent Ozzy out within an hour! The garbage disposer was replaced and we are back in business. I cannot say enough good about a company and employees that are willing and able to respond so quickly to an older (80+) couple since we cannot do the work for ourselves. A+ service, every time!

Other companies wanted to just replace my grandmother's water heater but the service tech that came out solved the problem within 5 minutes. That's real service for the people. I'd highly recommend this business to any and everyone

Glen and his team are amazing from start to finish. They installed all new fixtures, toilets, sinks, and faucets. They came to my home on my timeline and were super accommodating. I highly recommend Glen Jones!
