KB Plumbing & Remodeling

I have used KB plumbing probably 5-10 times between my home and rental property the past 5 years or so. They are professional, reliable, and competitively priced. They are my first and only call for plumbing needs.

We had great service to replace the line from our water main to our garage to repaire a leak. They did a great job, the price charged was fair, and they were always on site exactly when they said they would be. In our case Chuy from KB provided us with great service at a fair price

Terrible communication and scheduling. Had an issue with plumbing at the house that was timely and needed to be done day of within a 6 hour window (understanding sometimes thats not always possible). They said they could do it and could get me scheduled. Fast forward to the end of the window, no communication on timeline, so I texted asking for an ETA, they said they would get back to me & didn't. Ended up having to cancel and find someone else ( to which they promptly replied to the cancellation, go figure).

I had a new garbage disposal installed by KB Plumbing and I will be reaching out to them for any future needs. I called and within a day they were here to complete the job. They found my dishwasher hose was kinked and repaired that as well. Great job!

These guys have proven to be fast, efficient, and clean. Great work for a fair price.

I needed a shower and shower/bath valve replaced. I shopped around and this company was the fairest priced of the 6 I contacted. They had a plumber available to come the next day. I had to call them a couple of times for updates on the plumber's arrival but someone answered the phone immediately and updated me. The delay was understandable and reasonable. Everyone I spoke with in this company was polite, professional and friendly. I would use this company again and for those to whom it matters, it is family owed.

Very pleasant company, from appointment, to resolving plumbing issues. I have used them before and the work has always been excellent.So glad to have found such quality service.
