Preferred Plumbing & Drain

I'm not positive of the spelling, but Kavar, employee #008 came out to address a root in my sewer line. He was amazing and very professional! He was fully prepared for the job, hard working, and persisted despite of heavy rainfall. He went above and beyond to help remove a fence post that was obstructing the way in addition to snaking the toilet and shower to ensure everything worked properly before he left. Couldn't be happier!

J (Tech #14) from Preferred Plumbing & Drain provided exceptional service when we needed it most. He came to our house late at night on short notice to fix a major plumbing issue and was everything you’d want in a professional: friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He patiently explained the problem and reassured us that it was something every house experiences over time, which really put us at ease. Our tenant recently let us know that our shower was leaking, and the toilet wasn't operating correctly. Every other plumber told me it would be days before they could come out. Preferred Plumbing was there within 24 hours, had everything fixed for a great price, and our tenant told us the technician was a joy to be around. I've worked with quite a few plumbers in my time, and Preferred is the best of the best.
