I called with an emergency as my shower handle broke while the shower was running. I had water pouring out and needed a plumber ASAP. They came out in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Everything was relatively fine until they replaced my handle. I had a nice handle before and it was replaced with an absolutely ridiculous knob... it's not even close to comparable. After paying $650 (which seemed high) to have the knob replaced, I now have to buy my own replacement and try to install it myself. I can't keep this hideous alternative. I was told the brand I had was hard to find, but I'm frustrated that there was no communication or attempt to talk about options or what replacement I would like instead. I spent too much money to now have to deal with this myself. At least I don't have the water running and that was done expeditiously, so I appreciate that.

We recently moved in to a 4-year old home and noted a leaking toilet and a wobbly kitchen sink. Edman responded to our call quickly, worked with the home warranty company, and gave us a quote for repair. He arrived on time, was very careful and respectful, fixed the problems, and cleaned up after the work was completed. We will definitely reach out to him if we have other plumbing issues.

Called Naibin Plumbing for estimate to replace ,repair rusty water meter union, defective Main water shut off valve, and related PVC pipeline. The appointment was on time, gave detail explanation, on cost, availability on length time of repairs. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service, thus schedule a return visit for next week. Will recommend and use their services in the future.
