I had multiple plumbing issues, including broken pipes, stubborn blockages, and the need to have pipes under my home and garage re-sealed. It was overwhelming at first, but John and his crew made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, provided fair pricing, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. A special shoutout to George for going out of his way to help with additional tasks we asked for—his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile didn’t go unnoticed! And a huge thanks to Leo for working so hard to descale the most blocked line. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort from the whole team. I called Rooter John past 10pm on a Sunday night and they had a plumber over in less than an hour. They were professional, prompt, and snaked the main to resolve the issue quickly. The next day Rooter John came out and ran a camera to visually inspect the main for any additional issue. Their customer service was great and I would use them again.

Overall reasonable and patient with explanations. Replaced the laundry line and kitchen line. Did a thorough job. Didn't feel like we were being pressured into a pricey quick fix but a comprehensive solution to our issues. Also provided free second opinion initially which was nice. Job well done.

George, John and his crews are very professional, experienced and efficient. I have a sewer line clogged by tree roots and my house is old, there was no easy access point to the main sewer line. They quickly worked around this and found the problem right away. The repair was quick and clean. They also suggested to install the epoxy liners to the existing clay pipes to prevent problems in the future. Their technicians are thorough and very knowledgeable.

Great service and affordable. John and George both came out to help me with a clogged pipe and even offered to run a camera line down the drain for me free of charge

Javier showed up to my home per schedule and was extremely detailed and helpful. He was even able to point out a minor issue that the last plumber failed to catch. I did not feel any pressure or upsell from Javier at all and he was able to match the lowest quote I had along with taking care of the additional shower drain problem that he identified. He took 1 day to do all the prep work and the next day to complete the fix. Exactly like he said. He went above and beyond in fixing everything in a timely manner just before the weekend when I had guests staying over. John actually also came out himself to give me the free camera inspection of all of my pipes. He was also patient in payment as I wanted to open a new CC to pay for the work and I didnt receive the new CC until a week after the work was done but John was cool with it and did not once hassle me. These guys would definitely be the first ones I call in the future.
