Fantastic service! Clear cut pricing, professional estimates, above and beyond service! Art is certainly a great asset to the community and very good at his work. He was able to replace our sewer line without it even looking like anyone was there. There were no tread marks from his equipment in the lawn and where they dug they did not mix the dirt with our landscaping. They were careful and considerate with the weed barrier and made sure the rocks were back neatly- again with no dirt mixed into it! Fabulous job! And fair!

We hired Art with Covenant Plumbing to replace a rather long water service line to our house, 200 feet plus. He was able to do it in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to our lawn. Very professional and courteous crew. Their pricing was very reasonable for the work involved and, knowing a lot about plumbing myself, the materials and connections were top quality and well made.

These guys are absolutely awesome! Awesome in the quality, respect, and professionalism they have. They are super kind, great communication, and cleanliness. I have all hard wood floors and they took great care in not scratching them and cleaning up the dirt afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone! I would gladly give Covenant Plumbing 10 stars if I could! From beginning to end, Art was the absolute pinnacle of professional! He was the only individual out of TEN businesses I contacted seeking answers and a solution to actually follow through. He was very concise, and his prices are more than fair for the work being performed! He came out to my house the day after I called him explaining the situation, walked me through the ins and outs of the options we had to approach our sewer line repair need, gave detailed cost breakouts of the different options, and was overall a pleasure to deal with. I am naturally a curious and inquisitive person when it comes to learning about home repairs and Art never hesitated, even amidst completing the repairs, to stop what he was doing and explain exactly what was going on. I will be recommending Covenant Plumbing to literally everyone I come across with plumbing concerns for their home!

I hired Art from Covenant Plumbing to do several different plumbing jobs at our home during a remodel. He was extremely prompt, polite, and very reasonably priced and overall just a great and true to his word kind of guy. He has a wonderful work ethic, and was a pleasure to be around and do business with. He is definitely my go to guy for all my plumbing needs and then some. He plumbed a new laundry room in for us, and he had fixed several other plumbing issues our home had from previous plumbers. All his work passed county inspections, and I had even received a compliment from the inspector on the cleanliness of work he had performed. Art also helped solve an issue we were facing due to an unqualified framer who stood a wall up over a floor joist, luckily he was able to solve the issue by coming up with a way of routing our dryer vent properly thus allowing our new laundry room to work for us. Thanks again Art!!!

Originally published in 2021: Art came out this evening to address our sewer issue. We were running about 20 minutes behind schedule for our appointment, which at 5:30 pm, was most likely already outside of business hours. Thankfully, he patiently waited for us to arrive. We were super impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and willingness to help. He won our business and we will definitely be moving forward with Covenant Plumbing & Heating.

Art and troops did a great job on my septic repairs very prompt and professional service. He took time to show me the ropes of my septic system while doing the repairs, as a 1st time homeowner i really appreciate that bit of extra communication/information. 5/5 will use again if i have any plumbing issues.
