Dustin was completely professional and efficient. I not sure this is the avenue to recommend his services elsewhere, but I would. When asked, He went above and beyond in his duties to this assignment, by removing unnecessary items from my vents to maximize quality, for this, I thank him!

On Superbowl Sunday in February, I contacted ARS to see about a problem on the furnace that my tenant had reported. The unit would kick on, but no heat was coming through the vents. ARS scheduled a service tech that afternoon, and by 2:00, arrived on site. The trip/diagnostic charge was $99, which was very reasonable. I wasn't sure and did not expect someone to be available on Superbowl Sunday. The problem, as I suspected, was the ignitor malfunction. The part, a small metal probe that creates a spark, was quickly removed and needed replacement. Trevor (service rep) had the replacement available in the truck, and was quickly replaced. We were back up and running within the hour and the unit was once again warming up. Overall, I was extremely pleased by the quick response from ARS and relieved that I avoided a potential nightmare.

Needed to get a tune up for my a/c since the blazing heat is coming! John came out to get the job done and he broke down the details of what was happening step by step. He gave me some advice on how to keep things running smoothly and was very helpful. Thank you for your honesty and quality work. I appreciate the service call.

I had an outstanding experience with ARS for my furnace tune-up. Scheduling through Home Depot was seamless, and I was impressed that their customer support responded promptly—even on a Sunday—to schedule a same-day appointment. Trevor Stanek, the technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional, respectful, and friendly. What I admired most about him was his honesty and integrity. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the inspection with patience, ensuring I fully understood the results. Unlike other service experiences where upselling feels inevitable, Trevor never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. Instead, he provided clear, honest explanations of what could be replaced, the potential risks, and left the decision entirely up to me. It’s rare to come across such genuine professionalism and transparency in the service industry, and Trevor truly stood out. His integrity gave me complete confidence in the process. ARS has earned my trust, and I highly recommend them—especially Trevor Stanek—to anyone looking for a reliable and ethical furnace tune-up!

Daniel showed up promptly and helped unclog a stuck toilet. Definitely put in some muscle to bust through whatever was in there. Kudos to his strong efforts. Would definitely recommend for their prompt and courteous service. Priced right too!! 😀

We purchased both a furnace and an AC from ARS (in an emergency situation, same-day service, during a cold snap) and our interactions with the entire ARS team have been exceptional throughout the entire process. They are knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, professional, and courteous. For such a significant investment, it’s a great feeling knowing that the company genuinely cares. Our most recent technician, Sean, was awesome and I can’t say enough how helpful, thorough, and informative he was. It’s people like him that make the difference.

Fast and friendly, I received a scheduled service for my furnace inspection from Blake. He was very helpful and professional in his assessment and furnace inspection. Although I understand the wording of this appointment to be some type of “service”, as I understood the meaning of the word, I did not receive any service or cleaning, all I got was an inspection. I think this is a misleading use of the term “service”, as I expected something to get done such as a cleaning or something. This should be called an inspection instead of service. Due to Blake being a great service technician, I’m still giving your company 5 stars. Thanks for the inspection and estimate. .
