Dustin was completely professional and efficient. I not sure this is the avenue to recommend his services elsewhere, but I would. When asked, He went above and beyond in his duties to this assignment, by removing unnecessary items from my vents to maximize quality, for this, I thank him!

On Superbowl Sunday in February, I contacted ARS to see about a problem on the furnace that my tenant had reported. The unit would kick on, but no heat was coming through the vents. ARS scheduled a service tech that afternoon, and by 2:00, arrived on site. The trip/diagnostic charge was $99, which was very reasonable. I wasn't sure and did not expect someone to be available on Superbowl Sunday. The problem, as I suspected, was the ignitor malfunction. The part, a small metal probe that creates a spark, was quickly removed and needed replacement. Trevor (service rep) had the replacement available in the truck, and was quickly replaced. We were back up and running within the hour and the unit was once again warming up. Overall, I was extremely pleased by the quick response from ARS and relieved that I avoided a potential nightmare.

Fast and friendly, I received a scheduled service for my furnace inspection from Blake. He was very helpful and professional in his assessment and furnace inspection. Although I understand the wording of this appointment to be some type of “service”, as I understood the meaning of the word, I did not receive any service or cleaning, all I got was an inspection. I think this is a misleading use of the term “service”, as I expected something to get done such as a cleaning or something. This should be called an inspection instead of service. Due to Blake being a great service technician, I’m still giving your company 5 stars. Thanks for the inspection and estimate. .
