Tech: Jamie is an outstanding and fantastic technician. He arrived right on time for the appointment and introduced himself before handing me the company’s card. His service was truly excellent; he explained what he was going to do at each step of the way. Jamie thoroughly searched the house for the leak, and he didn’t give up. He even walked around the yard with his detection tools, continuing his search until he found the leak. I’m so grateful! Jamie is very knowledgeable about his work and the equipment he uses. The toilet needed removal and replacement, which was done with great precision. The finishing work with the caulking looks good. I recently purchased a new Bosch dishwasher, and Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC was contracted to handle the installation and removal of the old unit. While there was an additional cost of $150 for installing a shut-off valve and an air hammer under the sink, the installers explained that this was necessary for the proper setup. We agreed since we had already paid the installation fee of $170 and needed the dishwasher right away. The team arrived on time, even a bit earlier than we expected, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the service was excellent. Although the extra cost caught us off guard, it turned out to be a wise investment for updating our home, as the original builders had used a one-time product. The dishwasher is now working perfectly, and they removed the old unit as promised. We're very satisfied with the outcome!

Quick, skilled, polite, and knowledgeable with reasonable rates. This plumbing service was top-notch. While I was at my elderly parents' house, they were having issues with their septic system. I reached out to the plumbing company and spoke with Jamie, who was extremely pleasant. She assured me that a plumber would contact me promptly (this was a Friday afternoon). Landon got in touch with me within 30 minutes. My understanding of plumbing is limited to flushing a toilet. However, Landon explained the potential issues with my parents' system in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. He offered a reasonable deal to come out the following morning. As promised, he arrived early the next morning, even though it was the day before a holiday and there was a snowstorm. Not only did Landon show up, but Wyatt, the boss, was right there with him. Their easy explanations for a novice, their humor, and professionalism were outstanding. As someone who works in manufacturing and service, my expectations are high...this plumbing company went above and beyond. I would suggest them to everyone! I live over 300 miles away, and if they were willing to travel that far, i would hire them every time!

i found myself in a bit of a bind when my sink started leaking and the faucet wouldn’t turn on. i reached out to a plumbing service, and they assured me someone would be at my house in about 30 minutes. about 45 minutes later, wyatt arrived. he was incredibly friendly and very professional. we had some great conversations, and he fixed everything in no time. the price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was outstanding. whether you provide your own parts or they supply everything, the results will still be fantastic. i truly appreciate all that wyatt did. i can’t praise him and the team enough. if i could give more than 5 stars, i definitely would! whenever someone asks for a plumber, i will always recommend this service. you all did an amazing job!

This morning, I found a pool of water under my sink, which was alarming. In my distress, I reached out to Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC, and I'm glad I made that call. The plumber, Ross, was punctual and affable. He patiently explained the issue to me and fixed it in such a manner that future maintenance wouldn't require replacing the valve he was installing. (We had a discussion about my upcoming dishwasher replacement.) I wasn't billed for the material run, nor for the time Ross spent explaining the situation to me. He completed the task in less than an hour and the fee was quite reasonable. I can't recommend Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC enough. From my four years experience in home remodeling, I can confidently say these guys are top-notch!

Ross and Collin demonstrated high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and respect, and most importantly, their work installing the water heater in my apartment in Aurora was top-notch. They went the extra mile when they detected and repaired a gas leak in the water heater closet's gas line. I am exceedingly grateful for their professional service. Collin, the owner, didn't hesitate to visit us that same night to evaluate the situation. The following day, Collin and his team began installing the new boiler.
