I needed a change in my range gas line due to the purchase of a new range. I called yesterday and they were able to have a technician at my house the next day. The technician (Charlie) showed up at the time he told me he would, completed the job in a very short time, & cleaned up after himself.bCharlie explained everything that he was going to do prior to beginning, gave me a price and asked if I wanted to proceed. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Done Plumbing and I would definitely use them again.

Dylan was very personable, professional and thorough. He worked diligently to drain and flush our hot water heater, looked at a few other issues I had and was able to ease my mind and answer my questions. Communication from the office was good, informing me of my appointment and when he was on his way as promised, and all for their advertised price special of $99. Highly recommend this company and will use them when needed in the future.

Great experience! Our water main burst during the winter and they were able to come out within an hour of me calling them. I would say they were really greatly priced. The plumber who fixed the issue taught me a lot of stuff and was really helpful and kind. I am not native to Colorado and had no idea about what I needed to do during the winter to prevent this from happening and this person went above and beyond to help me and inform me. 10000000% recommend this company. I will be using them whenever I have any issues with plumbing. Thank you so much for your swift help.

The technician was extremely helpful and clearly understood and identified the problem and had it fixed in 15 mins after our heat went out during -1° weather. He was right on time as well, I called at 3am and had a technician there Monday morning. The best part was the price, I thought for sure it was going to be a couple hundred dollars and that wasn't the case, instead we paid $120. I would recommend not only this company but the gentleman that came to the house

WOW! What incredible service. Sharika (sp?) was so pleasant and professional when I called to schedule and appointment and explained the process. Tony arrived within a few hours of my call. Tony was so delightful & professional, he brought a sense of comfort and ease as soon as he arrived. He ran complete diagnostics and quickly resolved my issue. Ask for Tony! You won't be sorry!

Excellent service by tech Terry Ryan. He thoroughly explained the issues we were having and promptly went about fixing them. His customer service was above and beyond. We typically get great technicians from DONE PLUMBING and they never disappoint. We are extremely satisfied 😀😀😀😀

We have used Done for any sort of plumbing and HVAC work we’ve needed around the house and they have been excellent! Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. They are transparent with pricing and never hit you with any surprises. Terry is the best technician ever! We have had him out for a couple of calls and he is kind, thorough, and great with our crazy dogs. Five stars for Terry, too!

I called Done Plumbing after a referral from my property management office. Terry got out here very quickly, and was quite knowledgeable. I had contacted them because of a leak in my ceiling (I'm n a condo with someone above me). H was excellent at figuring out the problem due to his many years of experience in plumbing. After he discovered that the problem would have to be resolved by the other condo's owner, I asked f he could install my new kitchen sink faucet. He was able to install it right then, without having to pull the sink. (Two other guys had looked at it previously, were not able to do the istallation, and predicted the sink would have to be pulled.) Terry was able to install the faucet without pulling the sink. it was expensive, but much less so that the quote I was given by my HVAC maintenance company.
