I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Denver & Northern Colorado. They sent out Mauricio, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure I understood what was happening and was very helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend their service!

Today I had Vincent from Mr. Rooter come and address my clogged lines. He understood the issue, fixed it quickly, with care and took extra steps to leave everything cleaner than he found it. He then proceeded to have me test the work to make sure it was working perfectly, it was. He took the time to answer my questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was what was advertised and not a penny more, which was a bargain. This was same day service and these are the kind of people I have been looking for. Professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I will be a life long customer after today’s visit. Totally impressed and satisfied.

I had a fantastic experience! The team was fast, professional, and I would absolutely recommend them. Unfortunately, I’m terrible with names, but the first technician was outstanding—very knowledgeable nice and easy to talk to, which is always appreciated when inviting someone into your home, especially with kids around. The second technician, Luca, was also excellent. He arrived early with the equipment needed for our issue, which was amazing, and he was super understanding when I let him know we were ready for the service. He came back a few hours later with the same great attitude and handled the issue quickly and professionally. The pricing was fair as well. Thank you gentlemen, we really appreciate it!

To sell my home, I had to have the sewer line repaired. That involved about 15 feet dug up and replaced and the remaining 35 feet with the trencless cure in place liner. Mr. Rooter rep provided me a detailed explanation of the work involved and provded an estimate that was not the most expensive I obtained. They were ready to start work immediately and go the job done quick and efficiently while performing top notch quality workmanship. I had to break the video up into two parts due to google limitations. First video shows the repair where they had to dig up and replace, the second is the trenchless cure in place liner repair.

We needed our septic pumped as we had a backup. We called at 6pm and they came out the next morning. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed me the tank and explained everything. The only recommendation to improve is to educate whomever answers the phone because she was almost clueless on what we needed, or she had difficulty understanding what we needed done. Other than that, we will call again! Reasonable price too!

Mr Rooter showed up fast, cleared out our sewer drain effectively, and charged a very reasonable rate.they even gave us a call when their technician was just a few minutes away. I could not be happier! It is reassuring that customer service like this still exists!

They came out to do a sewer cleaning for maintenance at an old duplex that I just purchased. Sewer line had a root ball in it and other obstructions. They were able to blade clean it, which gives me more time to save up to replace an old clay sewer pipe next year. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and provided a lot of maintenance tips.

We had a sewage backup and they came out fairly quickly and snaked it out, but recommended putting a camera down it the next day. Of course they found cracks in our 60 year old concrete lines. So they gave us a decent price (comparatively )on digging up the front yard and replacing the pipes and came out the next day and did the work. Then they recommended running a camera out to the street and of course they found more cracks and recommended putting a liner all the way out to the street sewer which was over 50ft. This quadrupled our bill! This was a head scratcher because there was no additional digging. We agreed to have the work done. A couple weeks later the dirt in the section of our yard started caving in around the pipes they installed that stick up into the yard. We contacted the supervisor who helped us out and he sent a guy to put a camera down there to confirm there wasn't a break in our new line causing the sinking. It looked ok. They said they'd send a crew out to fill in our hole which is now about 3' x3' x2' deep. Well. They never came out to do this despite contacting the supervisor multiple times and being told they'd take care of it. Over two months later we still have a sink hole in our front yard. I'm done being lied to that they'll take care of it. Their clean up crew who originally filled in the hole did a terrible job cleaning up afterwards too. Now that they have their (too much) money they don't seem to care. For all the money we paid they never even offered to show us proof of what they did to the sewer line. Not using them again. EDIT 1-14-25: Their management just reached out below responding to this review saying they can't find record of the work, but magically Monday morning (1-13-25) their crew showed up and filled it in a few days after I wrote this review (1-10-25). The crew just showed up without any communication. Huh. Last I contacted Austin, again, was a couple weeks ago. He never sent a real update, except sorry, about if and when the work would be finished. Anyway, the hole is finally filled in about three months later. Thanks.
