The appointment process was straightforward and flexible, and he even accommodated a Saturday appointment. He texted me 20 minutes before arriving, which was helpful. Overall, he was reliable, professional, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Krasi did a great job installing a new toilet and bidets on the new one and two old toilets. He was professional, came on time, did a great job for a good price, cleaned everything and hauled the old toilets. I highly recommend his plumbing services!

My water started leaking Saturday night and I called On Point Pumbing on Sunday morning. The owner came by mid-afternoon and in just under 2hours, he had installed a new water heater and removed the old one. He was quick, professional, and the total expense was way less than I expected. I would endorse On Point Plumbing to anyone for water heater installation and would call him again if the need arose.

On Point Plumbing is highly responsive, reliable, punctual and reasonably priced. They installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher for us today and removed the broken dishwasher. Great work and very reasonable prices! Work perfomed includes hot water heater installation and toilet installation. Krasi knows what he's doing and did a great job with the installations. He disposes of all the old appliances and leaves the job site very clean. Makes the whole experience very simple. Have hired multiple times and will continue in the future. This company is fantastic for all plumbing needs. Krasi was responsive, made practical recommendations that made sense, and took care of multiple issues at once. My tenant who complained there was no hot water and the kitchen sink water pressure was low is super happy again. I appreciate Krasi for working around my tenant's and my schedule, for providing a no fuss estimate(no extra charge for top floor delivery), and for promptly and neatly installing a new 38gal small boy water heater and pan. He also installed a main shut-off valve and fixed the kitchen faucet’s low water pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Krasi did a great job! Very knowledgeable, quick, and flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend! He fixed my shower from a leak and needed to replace a part. He was able to go to Home Depot and fix the leak the same day.
