I recently had the pleasure of working with Pipe It Up for a fireplace repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. When I first contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. They were able to schedule an appointment at my convenience and arrived right on time. The technician, was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue with my fireplace, explaining every step of the process and answering all of my questions with patience. What impressed me most was Rashad’s attention to detail. He identified the root cause of the problem quickly and provided a clear, honest estimate for the repairs. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which is a refreshing change in this industry. His expertise gave me confidence that my fireplace would be restored to perfect working order.

Rental property water heater removal and replacement: "Pipe It Up" firm and plumber Were quick to respond, within 24 hours after my tenant notified me of the failure. Plumber was very professional and efficient. My only heartburn was the cost which was $3,200 for parts and labor. In fairness, the unit was a complicated high efficiency heater with a motor-driven fan. We couldn't replace it with a conventional unit because a high efficiency heater exhausts through PVC piping that cannot tolerate the higher temperature exhaust gases from a conventional one. The plumber also had to re-plumb the hot and cold water lines to fit into a corner location in an interior utility room. So, overall, I was happy with the work, but not with the price.

Both Rashad and Samantha and the whole crew are both respectful and true professionals! I had a recent 45 foot pipe burst job completed by the crew and they were gentle on my yard, cleaned up impeccably and my whole yard looks virtually untouched. I give them an A plus for the entire job. Pipe it up is my plumbing company for life.

Excellent work, fair price, and great communication. Total price of $525 for a new section of pipe, a new sillcock hose bibb, and labor. Our plumber, Paul, replaced a section of burst water pipe and our outdoor hose bibb in about 2 hours from the time he arrived until the time he left. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do and so polite. Pipe It Up will be my go-to company for plumbing services, and they should be yours too.

The guys were very careful not to make a mess inside. They laid down drop clothes and runners. It was a major project with a pipe burst on a sewer line. When it was finished they showed me the new pipe from the inside with a camera. Problem solved. Reasonable price.

We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink on Saturday night and sent a message to Pipe it up. A visit was scheduled for 9:00 A.M. on Monday. To our delight, a repairman showed up at 8:50. By 9:15 the damage was assesed and repair was underway. By 10:30 the job was done! The plumber was professional and efficient and the amount we were charged was very reasonable. We have used this company in the past and we will call on them in the future, should the need arise.

I had a leak in my main water line, on New Years Day, when NO business was open. Contacted Pipe It Up, received outstanding customer service, and they were there to fix the problem in less than an hour! What could've been a disaster, was fixed on time with great customer service. Highly recommend!
