Highly skilled and honest group of professionals. I had a different plumbing company tell me they couldn’t do anything about the blockage in my kitchen sink without tearing out my cabinets and drywall. I called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion, and they cleared it out within 30 minutes. They saved me a ton of time and money - as well as my kitchen. If you’re looking for drain cleaning services without the sales pitch, give these folks a call.

I should have gone with my gut and cancelled this service as soon as he quoted $825. I feel like companies like this take advantage of your lack of expertise. They convince you that you need specialized services that you don’t need and drastically over charge you by hundreds of dollars. It pays to have a master plumber as a friend that can advise and consult so that you can see for yourself. I asked for a quote for a bathroom shower faucet because the pressure was low and it wasn’t getting hot. I was quoted $1,700 from this company. I had another plumber come and take a look, turns out the faucet was installed upside down. He charged me $25 to fix it. I told him about the root-rooter quote and he couldn’t believe it. I originally called root-rooter to address water coming up between the floor and the toilet. I know what you are thinking… needs a new honey ring. I thought so too. Yet the root-rooter plumber convinced me that I needed to auger all the way out to the city main line. He said my house was old and there were roots in the pipe. He took the toilet off and you can CLEARLY see the honey ring is damn near non-existent. Surely that’s why there was water but he still insisted there was a need to auger even though the toilet was not and hand not had an issue with being backed up. Matter of fact when he came they couldn’t even recreate the issue! He also said they would need to look into the pipes with a camera that never happened. $825 later his auger didn’t pull anything out or clear anything!!! It didn’t even pull out a single tree root because there weren’t any! A honey ring is $6 at Home Depot, $12 if you use 2. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half AT MOST to change. Smdh companies like this will take advantage of you.

Zach came to our house when we had a leak downstairs in the basement. He analyzed what the problem was, gave me a quote and then after my approval; went right to work. He completed his job in a timely manner and we no longer have a leak. He was courteous, educational and professional. I recommend him for your next job!!
