Highly recommended! Power vent water heater install late on a Friday night. Alex does what he says, presents options and leaves the place better than he found it...at a very reasonable price. His 5-star rating is spot on.

I called Alex about installing a Moen whole house smart shutoff valve. Due to some timing issues I needed the work done before a planned vacation. He was able to come out the next day and not only texted me that he was on his way he was on time. The work was done very professionally you can tell a skilled plumber because they solder the copper pipe and it fits the first time.

I would highly recommend WHE Plumbing. I had a water heater that was leaking at my home in Aurora, CO and wanted to replace with a tankless. I called WHE Plumbing to request an estimate. Alex came the next day and prepared an estimate for the work to replace water heater and install a tankless gas water heater. He spent some time at the house taking pictures and measurements. When I contacted WHE Plumbing and accepted their estimate, they were able to come out the next day and start work. Due to the cold weather, we were having, and other work going on, Alex did the job by himself and he was fantastic. He was very professional. But at the same time very helpful and accommodating. When I ask about placement of the Tankless, Alex listen to my concerns and was able to move it to fit my needs. As other reviewers have said, the final bill was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed promptly and professionally. Would call WHE Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Water Heater Experts if you are having any plumbing issues. These guys are my go to now. I recently had an issue with valve failures on my water heater due to a shoddy install from the previous homeowner that was causing me some grief. Alex came out the same day (and on time!) and fixed the issue. He was thorough, efficient, and clean. Best of all he explained everything he was doing and taught me a few things to keep in mind to ensure I am able to maintain and troubleshoot issues on my own. The pricing was also fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alex at WHE was the only one who actually came out and looked to give an accurate and detailed quote.
