A Plus Sewer, Drain and Plumbing

I can’t say enough good things about A Plus Sewer, Drain and Plumbing! This past week, they installed a new bathroom fan for us, and the entire experience was top-notch. From the moment we called, their team was professional, friendly, and quick to schedule the job. The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently to get everything set up perfectly. The new fan works like a dream—quiet, powerful, and a huge upgrade from our old one. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving the bathroom spotless. Pricing was fair, and the quality of service was outstanding. If you need plumbing or related work done, A Plus is the way to go—5 stars all the way!

These guys were absolutely amazing. They came out with professionalism and helped with the whole process. We had hiccups that we could not for see. If I could give more stars I would. I now only use them for all of our plumbing needs. I also recommend them to family and friends as well. I will never go back to the huge companies.

I hired A Plus Sewer Drain and Plumbing on more than one occasion. Jorge had done some work on my home as well as a rental property. I called him recently to look at a water heater at a rental property; my rentor was complaining that the hot water wasn't lasting long enough. He arrived that day, briefly inspected it and suggested a replacement. He said he had to go and get a measuring tape to see what size it was. Couldn't find the measuring tape and then quoted me a figure of $2250 for replacement of a 40 gallon gas water heater. I asked for a break down of costs. $1,300 for work. (It's a four hr job max, so you do the math on that.) And $600 to pick up a water heater at the big box. More expensive if he went with a distributor, he said. When I shopped water heaters at Lowes (all standard sizes no need for a tape measure) they were $100 less than what he quoted. But still that's not $2250 so I asked why the discrepancy in price and he said it was the charge to pick up and take away the old + additional materials. That's $350 or so... I told him I would drop it off. No need to charge me extra. Always make sure to ask for itemized breakdown or multiple bids. I like Jorge but I'm not using his company anymore. I can't trust him.

A+ is great. As a master home inspector I'm very conscious of only working with companies that do stellar work. That being said I recommend them to all of my clients, and they also do all the work on my properties.

As always, A Plus Sewer, Drain and Plumbing showd honesty, integrity, and efficiency. For a job that I expected to be much bigger, was not. This is due to the knowledge and honesty Jeorge holds and was able to assess the problem, fix what was REALLY going on, and was efficient. I have worked with other companies in my lifetime who did not yphold the honest and integrirt I have experienced each time I have worked with A Plus Sewer, Drain and Plumbing. Other companies would have seen an opportunity to create a larger job, and I am grateful that Jeorge (and entire team) at A Plus Sewer, Drain and Plumbing are, and remain honest, integral, and my #1 go to plumbing company! They live up to A+++++++!!!

Had a leak under the house and A Plus was recommended to me. Ray came all the way out past Calhan to diagnose and fix the issue. Very courteous and professional. Took pictures to show what was going on and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the resolution. I absolutely recommend the A Plus team and will use them again if needed.
