Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical

I'm very pleased with my experience using Affordable. Initially I called for a service on my tankless water heater. Ultimately the water heater ended up being replaced. Gage P performed the majority of the work at my residence. There were some hiccups due to some DIY that I attempted and Gage not only corrected them but taught me where I fell short so I not only had my problem fixed but I learned what not to do next time. I feel confident if I had a plumbing issue again that these guys would make it right. Gage, Ben, Robbie, Matt, and Brandon are to be commended for their professionalism and their work ethic. I would gladly recommend to anyone on the receiving end of a water heater problem.

I scheduled some home electrical installations. Johnny, who completed them, was very efficient and he called ahead to say he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time which was great! I’ve never had a bad experience with this company and I will happily recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, this is the best such business in town.

Recently I called Affordable to have our furnace serviced, their service team found some severe issues. Knowing it was an old unit I elected to replace it. Their response was fast and a new unit was installed in a couple of days. However the install did not go well, and I was very disappointed. I called Affordable and explained my concerns, they had a technician there the same day. Cory from Affordable actually listened to the issues, and explained how they would fix ALL the issues. Cory made a plan, set an appointment, and followed through with everything he promised. Thank you Cory, J.P. and Reaper for giving us a great experience, and we will call on Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical for any future repairs. .

To whom it may concern: First let me start by saying that we are extremely disappointed on last visit and interaction with your Management. We have done business by replacing furnace and air conditioning but our relationship going forward may not be the same. My wife called to report an issue on our furnace as it is still under warranty, she was assured a tech would inspect at not cost since again is under warranty, the tech showed up on time and started working on the furnace. After a while when he was done he told my wife the cost will be $289.00. We were left speechless as we had understood it would not cost anything to inspect, he proceeded to tell my wife everything looked with the furnace but he did adjust the gas pressure but was not sure if that would fix the issue we called about. In the past before any work is done the tech would explain their findings and ask if we accept the work to be done for the cost is provided, this time however the work was done and not even guaranteed and then were told it would a amount for which we did not have an opportunity to accept or deny. Upon calling management, twice, we were told it is up to the tech to charge to corresponding amount for the cost, however, they would not listen to our concern. We have understood a visit cost would apply, but when we scheduled it to come we were under understanding there was no cost. I will encourage anyone not only ask questions but to make sure the tech know not to do any work prior otherwise you will be in a situation like ours.
