Ben from Bentek plumbing was an awesome profession individual. I called him for his services because I installed a new sink that was deeper than my other sink. I had a hard time putting the plumbing back together because the new sink was way lower than the the line going to the sewer. I knew I had to get the plumbing moved or shortened but I had no idea how to do it. I also needed the pex pipe cut and a valve put I place to attach the new faucet. He responded the same day gave a quick look, quoted me which was reasonable, and set an appointment day. He arrived on time and fixed my sink for us to use. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job on the plumbing under the sink. Thank you Ben I would definitely be using you again in the future. 5 stars because Ben and his team were more than great to work with. Our hot water heater went out and within 20 minutes of requesting help from Ben, he was at our home, diagnosing the problem and building a plan. Ben and his team came out the next morning, snow and icy roads and all, and replaced the water heater very quickly and professionally. His pricing is extremely reasonable and he is informative and transparent with what he is doing and why. We are grateful for his quick response and quality work he did to get our hot water back on track. If anyone is in doubt or needs someone to rely on, Ben’s your guy. Very happy with our experience. Ben and his team are fantastic. Professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We were in a pinch with a leaking pipe in our utility room. They quickly sourced a hard to find part and fixed the leak. Will definitely hire BenTek again for any plumbing issues.
